Sea views on sunny, elevated newly renovated rustic home in bush setting.
Looking for that piece of paradise, natural surroundings, bird songs, with access to Raglan's best surfing breaks, paddle boarding, kiting, fishing, bike and hiking trails, not to mention the mazing sunsets.
The perfect home for those surfers with merely mins from the famous Raglan surf breaks.
Enjoy alfresco style dining on the patio via large sliding doors which create the perfect indoor/outdoor flow. BBQ and kitchen facilities allowing for self catering. Fire pit (avail May - November due to NZ fire ban regulations). Large indoor fireplace, (available same time as fire pit) with heating in each of the bedrooms over the winter months and stand alone fans throughout the summer months.
Home is located over 2 levels. Upstairs 2 rooms; master bedroom with full ensuite, queen bed and king single, 2nd room queen bed and king single. Downstairs 2 rooms; 1 room with queen bed and single sofa bed, 2nd room queen bed.
Main bathroom on bottom level with shower, bath and vanity whilst toilet is separate room.
TAWA WHARE is part of a complex which comprises of 2 other studios (accommodating up to 4 guests at each). If you have a larger group, you can book the other 2 studios (Puriri and Rimu studios), please enquire within. Therefore, we do ask guests are aware of noise levels during their stay.
Please note:
* 2 stay minimum stay with 3 nights over long weekends
* Linen fee is based on full occupancy of 10 guests, if fewer guests, your linen fee will be adjusted to reflect number of guests
