Whether you`re seeking a peaceful retreat or a romantic getaway, this Japanese-inspired studio has been curated to create a serene, Zen-like atmosphere. Minimalist design, natural elements, soft lighting and modern amenities create a calm oasis, while wall-to-wall windows frame stunning inner harbour views.

Enjoy plush bedding and a queen mattress for a restful sleep. The kitchen has a stovetop, oven and dishwasher, or stroll 7 to 10 minutes into Raglan town for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The light-filled bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet and underfloor heating. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening tipple on either elevated deck: the front with water views, the rear covered and overlooking the tropical garden.

We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder. You will have the entire apartment and decks. The driveway is shared and the garage beneath is not for guest use; off-street parking is in front of the studio and on the right of the driveway. There is no washing machine or TV.

This is a private, self-contained apartment; the neighbouring property on the section has a single full-time tenant, and your privacy is respected. The studio is on the second level up an elevated wooden staircase, so it is not suitable for crawling or walking babies and toddlers; it suits 2 adults and one stationary infant (under 2).

It is a 5-minute wander to the Wharf Waterfront for boutique shops, The Wharf Cafe, fish and chips and the Wahine Moe sunset cruise in summer, and a short 5-minute walk to the main township. Surfers will love Manu Bay, while Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay are great for swimming and kayaking.

- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

To protect your stay and our properties, ID verification is required before access details are released, and your booking is conditional on completing it. After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done. Takes a few minutes; your data is handled securely by the portal operator, SuiteOp. Failure to complete ID verification will result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.
