Masterfully restored with fine local stone, the villa blends modern luxury with timeless style, offering an exclusive retreat on a 50-acre (20-hectare) private estate, just steps from ancient Roman and medieval ruins.

The Space: Artisan Elegance & Modern Comfort The villa's architecture honors traditional Tuscan farmhouses with beautiful stone floors and beamed ceilings. It is cleverly arranged as two self-contained apartments (one on each floor) connected by a traditional external stone staircase, ensuring privacy and independence for families or groups of friends.
