Missing Basic Amenities

The Ritz-Carlton in Rabat is a stunning hotel with beautiful landscaping, a wonderful setting, and a lovely, clean atmosphere. However, housekeeping needs improvement, as some basic amenities—such as a trashcan in the restroom—were missing from my room. Additionally, it was surprising and disappointing that a hotel of this caliber did not have a standard English breakfast tea available upon request.

Review: The Ritz-Carlton Dar Es Salam, Rabat A Standard of Moroccan Royalty and Global Excellence I’ve been traveling the world since the age of sixteen first as an athlete representing my national team, and later for business, education, and leisure. Throughout this journey, I’ve always sought and chosen excellence, because excellence is the standard I live by. Having spent over 14 years in hotel operations and management within one of the most prestigious properties in Las Vegas Wynn and Encore Resorts and having served as a secret shopper and Forbes-rated quality evaluator for elite hotels and airlines, I can say with full confidence: The Ritz-Carlton Dar Es Salam, Rabat, Morocco, has truly outdone itself. From the moment you enter the property, every single detail reflects thoughtful craftsmanship and refined Moroccan elegance. The attention to detail is impeccable from the warm and discreet service to the serene flow of the architecture, every corner tells a story of dedication to perfection. The landscaped gardens are a masterpiece, radiating peace and beauty that elevate your mornings from the sun-lit breakfast surrounded by native Moroccan flora, to the fragrant walk through blooming pathways that accompany you back into the heart of the property. The Ritz-Carlton brand has long been the benchmark of hospitality excellence, and here in Rabat, that legacy takes on a distinct Moroccan soul a blend of royalty, culture, and heartfelt care that transforms it all
