The living and dining area spans 18 m2 and includes 1 double sofabed measuring 145 cm in width and 195 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with 4 hot plates, a microwave, and a freezer. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. Both the bedroom and the living area offer direct access to the roofed terrace of 20 m2, which is furnished with terrace furniture and enjoys a pleasant view of the swimming pool.
