Mixed bag

The property was clean & well kept; the bed was very comfortable. My negatives are no nightstand, only 2 hard plastic chairs to sit on & had to plug my phone charger in the bathroom. I’ve never stayed at a property that didn’t have a nightstand with an electric outlet nearby so you could have a glass of water or whatever readily available & your phone right next to you.

While not particularly overflowing with amenities, all the basic needs were definitely there. Room was clean, propety seems to be maintained and parking was easy. Everything you need for the basics was good and surprisingly there was even a mini-fridge and dresser, which was cool. I would say for the price point and closeness to Mineola and Winnsboro if you need to work or travel there, was worth it. Staff was super nice and friendly!
