We put at your disposal our warm apartment of 30m2 completely renovated and colorful. It is located in a charming residence with outdoor pool will allow you to spend a stay closer to the Thalasso and the beautiful coves of Quiberon.
It is close to all amenities (beach, shops, thalassotherapy) in a tree-lined and secure residence.
The apartment is composed of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, a living room with sofa bed, and a covered balcony (7m2).
The residence is secured (electric gate and guard). You have a parking space in a closed garage. The swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th.

Résidence calme.Appartement vraiment propre et très fonctionnel. Il manque juste un miroir sur pied, un grille pain et peut être un petit lave vaisselle . La piscine est top et chaude.Très bon séjour.

Excellent séjour.
Très joli 2 pièces tout neuf , bien situé, dans une résidence parfaitement entretenue. Belle vue sur les jardins depuis la terrasse, elle même sans vis à vis.
Quelques détails de peu d'importance : un miroir en pied serait bienvenu, ainsi qu'un sommier un peu plus souple.
Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Bon séjour mais ...
Emplacement très bien, proche du centre et de la plage.
Par contre tout cela est terni par la conciergerie qui n'est pas du tout professionnelle.
L'arrivée : on nous demande l'heure à laquelle nous souhaitons arriver. Nous indiquons 15h. Nous recevons en retour que nous serons accueillis à partir de 16h15. Après négociation, nous serons accueillis à partir de 15h15. MAIS la personne à plus de 20 minutes de retard et ne nous prévient pas.
Séjour : on ne nous donne pas la bonne clé permettant l'accès à la piscine. Nous devons donner des solutions pour récupérer la dite clé car aucune proposition de leur part.
Départ : le check out est prévu à 10h. La veille, on nous prévient que ce sera 9h45. Soit, cela ne change rien. MAIS à 10h45 nous attendons encore la personne chargée de faire le ckeck out et sans nouvelle de leur part.
En bref, nous perdons beaucoup de temps à cause d'une conciergerie qui manque cruellement de professionnalisme et de communication.

comme sur la photo
nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit appart avec balcon, neuf, propre, décoré avec goût , avec très bonne literie. Vue sur un charmant petit jardin , résidence très calme, avec piscine, accueil très sympathique, merci à marie de nous avoir permis de choisir une autre location rapidement après un léger dysfonctionnement.
