Staff is not friendly at all, just a strange bunch to say the least. Tougher part of town so maybe tough days but they all seem just done with it all. Rooms are clean and decent for the price but would suggest just stay in your room then leave. Too bad, could be a nice place

We have stayed here numerous times....when I called to book a room...there was no answer so I went onto expedia to book it....when we arrived, we had to pay full price for room. Normally we get a huge discounted rate because of our encore cards....but going through Expedia they dont recognize the encore card. Will never use Expedia again.

The hotel portion was excellent - the room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had beautful fixtures and decor. There was something wrong with the water though, i suspect the boiler, as my shower water smelled like sulphur. Very unplesent. The lobby shares an entance wirh the casino and smelled overwhelminly like stake cigerettes. The location was central, within walking distance of downtown shops and had ample parking.
