Lots of mold in the bathroom, on the curtains and on the furniture. Old curtains with stains as well as the bed sheets they were not changed it was the exact same bedsheets with the exact same stains and sewed holes. Hotel rooms need to be better kept. Ice cold showering water. The property It’s self is beautiful everything outside the rooms is beautiful as well as the animals.

El hotel muestra fotos totalmente diferente a lo que encuentras al estar ahí, muy descuidado, sucio por cualquier lado, telarañas en cada rincón, en los cuartos mucha humedad, camas casi a punto de romperse, las 3 albercas que tienen con el agua verde y el área de juegos sucio. Pésimo servicio en las noches no hay nadie que atienda solo el pobre velador súper apenado por resolver los inconvenientes. No lo recomiendo nada .

La habitación estaba terrible, para nada lo que anuncian en Expedia o en la página del hotel. El cuarto estaba sucio, no tenía ventanas, no llegaba el wifi y el personal no ofreció alguna solución válida. Fue una muy mala experiencia y para nada valió lo que pagué.
