Everything was perfect, except on Sunday morning a staff member was cleaning the upper deck and played very loud heavy metal, while the lower deck was playing Mexican ballads. Even one couple left after a few seconds on the table without ordering anything.

The room has no heating or cooling and spotty internet. The location was good as was the service. It is a basic hotel but okay unless it is hot or cold. It was not noisy but not quiet either.

Loud, hot, and uncomfortable

Bed was probably the most uncomfortable I've every had. Room had no window, except into the internal court yard. Room had no AC or Fan. So it was hot, and opening the window meant listening to the hotel staff all night. The music on the roof goes till midnight, and it's very very loud.

I wish the staff were a bit more attentive. I felt like I was in a Holiday Inn Express. Very impersonal. They also do not have rooms equipped for handicapped access or rooms that are equipped for that purpose. The beds were too high for my 90-year-old mother-in-law. There were no handrails in the bathroom or shower area, which was very dangerous. If you are considering a hotel that is equipped, look elsewhere.

La hubicación del hotel es muy buena, la comida es buena, su restaurante tiene muy buena vista a la peña, lo malo es que su estacionamiento está a dos cuadras y tienes que avisar para que te acompañen y esperar a llevarlo y no hay donde estacionarse para bajar maletas, las calles son muy estrechas.
