Everything was exquisitely welcoming especially Ginna from the front desk, answered all of our questions and was accommodating in terms in the language we spoke most comfortably. However, I would like to suggest that if they can assist their guest to the room rather giving out instructions. We had an encounter with a very rude guest when we got lost navigating our room. We were trying to enter from the outside near the parking lot by tapping our key card, a couple came to us, the wife was trying to help is but the conversation ended with the husband saying “only for the rich” and walked out. It ruined the whole night for me and my husband. Anyway, that is not a reflection of the whole hotel, the most of guests were friendly and smiling.

The property was excellent, the staff was great and extremely friendly and welcoming. My only complaint would be the lack of changes on the towels next to the pool and the fact that the jacuzzi outside stopped working at some point during the stay. I did let the staff know about the issue with the jacuzzi and the lack of clean towels outside. I would still refer the hotel and would come back.

Nice pool and hot tub. Room was older and not as nice as the pictures on line. Most people y the pool seemed to have white robes. None in our room. No towels at the pool. Hidden resort fees ($50) at checkout plus $20 parking fee.these fees made it more expensive then other hotels in the area. Will most likely not return to this hotel.
