On est des clients du BE depuis longtemps. En fait je crois que c’est possiblement mon 10e séjour et celui ci était pour célébrer les débuts des 10 ans avec ma conjointe. J’ai toujours été un bon fan du service et encore une fois c’était super (au niveau des employés) Par contre l’ajout des frais de stationnement (20$) Un échange de chambre nécessaire après 1 nuit en raison d’un problème de chauffage nous oblige à sortir à midi et seulement ravoir une chambre à 16h sans quoi on aura des frais supplémentaire. Quand on a demandé si le foyer pouvait être allumé, on nous a dit qu’il l’était pas aujourd’hui. Bref, ce sont ces petits détails qui font en sorte que c’était malheureusement notre 10e et dernière visite. J’ai vécu des beaux moments au BE mais nous irons vers un autre hôtel à Québec lors de nos prochaines visites
