DO NOT RECOMMEND: Foul smell, disgusting carpets, looks nothing as pictured and ridiculous remarks from staff. “Business King” room smelled like cat litter upon arrival and carpet stains were disgusting and plentiful. Furniture was very beat up and dated and the lighting was very cellar-like. Front desk staff told me “that’s what you get for booking through Expedia”, as if there is a lower quality section of the hotel they reserve for people who book through Expedia. The staff moved us to a different room, which smelled less, but was still weathered and looked nothing like the photos. $19 beverage credit was nice, but a normal draft beer was $15. Said parking was included, then tried to charge me $25 on the way out for parking for 1 night.

Not the quality I expected at all from a 5star hotel. Below expectation. Everything from breakfast to parking was complicated. Bathroom was not separated from bedroom. Noisy and outdated appliances for heating and airconditionning.

An nice place near Quebec City for a long weekend with a blend of city exploration and quiet down time. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service for most of our stay.

I loved my experience and stay with le bonne entente. It was very peaceful, nourishing and relaxing for my mind and body, spirit. Exactly what I needed for my birthday weekend travel solo. I was able to walk to my west coast swing dance workshop 5 minutes away. I was also able to enjoy the spa service and the brunch on Sunday and they were accommodating of my change in time. I would recommend and stay again!
