Helpful and friendly staff. Great location that's very walkable. Dedicated parking is a bonus. Very reasonable winter pricing. Room clean and comfortable. Espresso/cappu/etc. machine in lobby a nice touch, although hot chocolate was not working (no chocolate).

No parking available, even though it was advertised. I only chose this accommodation due to the parking availability. With a larger car and car top carrier, I needed to make sure I would be parked in a safe area that would accommodate the vehicles height. The staff was not helpful and I ended up paying for street parking and returning to plug the meter every 2 hours.

Location and comfortable
Appreciate the hand-held shower head on the riser rail since I'm short. View was the brick building next to the hotel, but can't beat being in the middle of Old Quebec. Generally quiet, and room very comfortable. Wonderful to have free transit pass available. Appreciate the hot chocolate and hot water. Only issue is have to give food to hotel staff to microwave, as there isn't one readily available.

Great location, wonderful staff and large comfortable rooms. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so i can’t comment on that but every other aspect of our stay was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Champlain hotel was amazing. Our room was perfect with a view overlooking the historic buildings. Everything you could ever ask for is within walking distance including excellent dining and wonderful shops. We would definitely stay here again
