Generally the room is very good except for lack of curtains to block out outside lighting. There are only shear curtains with decorative curtains that do not pull across the windows. With very bright street lights directly outside the window it was very bright inside the room all night. Who designs a motel room like that? I regret not asking for another room, didn't notice the issue until time for sleeping, I got very little sleep.

Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Fast check in. The coffee machine did not only have coffee it also has other choices.

Hotel staff was friendly and bed was comfortable but room was not cleaned before we checked in bedding was not replaced towels were dirty and room was not swept.

When we arrived at 4:35 pm, room was not ready. Waited over an hour to get in room. Room is excellent, except for caulking around the shower, very yellow. I know it is a very busy time of year but they need more staff for turnaround time. Even the staff commented on this. The carpets in the hallway were stained with I am sure, people spilling coffee coming back from the lobby and this should be attended to everyday. Like the location, staff was very apologetic but when travelling for long hours in the day people just want to. Heck in and relax.

The room was very neat, and the bed was amazing. Wish I could take it home. The bathrooms were great, with the small exception that the complimentary soap is very tiny, and that the shower doesn't have a place to put things down. Outside of that, the stay was amazing, and we could have easily stayed there a week more and have been comfortable.

Clean room, Reno’s underway.

Room was spotless. Hallways, outside and lobby not so much. Obviously working on upgrades. Very dark hallways, dirty/stained carpets, dust/dirt on walls in halls. Room was big, bed was comfortable. Parking was ok. Rooms were a bit noisy but not terrible.
