Guest Access:

✦ You will have full access to the entire main residence of the castle, as well as the terrace and spa, all in complete privacy. One designated storage area will not be accessible.



✦ When you book with us, you'll receive a Guest Manual with all the important information you need to know about the castle, plus addresses of relevant activities and stores nearby!



The Neighborhood:

Château de Valvak is located in Lévis, close to all amenities.



You'll be :



➳ 30 minutes from the Citadelle of Quebec

➳ 30 minutes from Old Quebec and 10 minutes from the ferry

➳ 32 minutes from Montmorency Falls

➳ 33 minutes from the Wendake reserve and its fabulous trails

➳ 1 hour from Jacques-Cartier National Park

*CHÂTEAU*

Please note that the castle consists of 3 units: 2 apartments on the ground floor and the unit in this listing, which occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors.



The terrace and spa will be exclusively reserved for you, while the other outdoor spaces, including the fire pit, are shared with the 2 apartments on the ground floor



*CAPACITY*

Please note that the maximum capacity is 10 adults and 2 children.



*BBQ and OUTDOOR FURNITURE*

The barbecue and outdoor furniture are not accessible from mid-October to April.



*WINTER TIRE*

In winter, all car models can easily access the property provided they are equipped with winter tires. Remember that everywhere in Quebec, it is mandatory to have winter tires on your vehicle from December 1st to March 15th. Make sure you are in compliance for a safe trip!



SECURITY DEPOSIT/DAMAGE WAIVER

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of CAD 20 per night,

OR

* A refundable CAD 750 Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
