Single rooms are to pokey and room facilities are not working properly or run down .asked the manger if you could turn the Tv down as he’s private room backed onto my room .

Shower curtain and wall in one of the common bathrooms had a couple of bad stains. Otherwise the bathrooms were pretty good. I would have preferred more bathrooms closer to our rooms as it is quite a long corridor. The bed was too soft. Would have also liked to have had a bit of fresh air with the ability to open a window a bit. Dirty mark on the doona I noticed this morning. Staff were helpful. The little gift pack was nice. Towels were clean. Bed side lights were good. Basin was useful. Won’t return as I really Prefer a private bathroom and windows.
