This hotel have really nice facilities and well organized. The sauna, restaurants, convenience store are in the hotel and every room has nice balcony with the great Mountain View. Price is affordable and dog friendly. Would recommend.

The carpet in the room is very dated. We asked for cutlery, room services and glass wine glasses and were told that they do not provide this service in a suite room. The breakfast was terrible with very little choice. Staff can hardly speak any English or assist you in finding your whereabouts. I hate to think what a cheaper room provides. My advice do not book this hotel it is also far from skiing and everyday amenities.

Comfortable room with a very high ceiling which was very nice. There's nothing around so it's great the hotel has a few restaurants in B1, but you also have the option to call a taxi and go downtown. They have a snowboard/ski rental place in the hotel so it was very convenient. They also have a shuttle bus to the ski areas as well as a shuttle bus for the train and bus station, not that many options for the time but still pretty convenient. Enjoyed the gym and sauna place!
