So dirty

Room condition was so poor. Hairs and dusts everywhere. (Even on the door). It’s hard to open balcony door. Furnitures are old. I won’t choose here to stay in the future.

개선이 필요 합니다.

조용하고 편안하게 지내고 올수 있었습니다. 그런데 저희가 투숙한 방의 베란다에 배수 시설이 없고 위에서 물이 떨어져 베란다에 물이 고여 썩고 있었습니다. 미관 상이나 위생적으로도 문제가 있어 보입니다. 빠른 조치가 필요 할 것 같습니다.

늘 숙박하는 호텔 ㆍ시설은 노후되었으나 잘 관리되어있고 직원도 친절하고 불편함없이 이용 ㆍ오대산국립공원과접근성최고이고 객실방향상관없이 우수한 자연환경이므로추천합니다
