Our 70 m² apartment for 2-5 people in the basement has a living room with TV / TV, radio / hifi, sitting area and an extra bed on a sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A baby bed, and a children's high chair are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, crockery / cutlery. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and on the terrace you can use garden furniture and a barbecue. Bed linen and tea towels are included. Lauterbach is Kurabgabepflichtig.

Der Aufenthalt war so ok bis das der Vermieter in der Ferienwohnung stand ohne sich groß aufmerksam zu machen da er in einen kellerbereich wollte welcher in der Ferienwohnung war man konnte sich also nicht so geben wie man es wollte da man nicht weiß wann er in der Ferienwohnung steht.

Familienurlaub

Wohnung war gut. Decken waren mir zu tief, aber so ist das halt in Kellerwohnungen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Vermieterehepaar sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei unserem Sohn (3) ist z.B. die Pampas übergelaufen in die Jeans und Frau Kubiak hat dann schnell 'ne Maschine Wäsche angeworfen, da in der Fewo selber keine ist. Die Küche ist ein wenig klein, aber bis auf einen Sparschäler ist alles vorhanden. Herd hat nur zwei Platten, ist aber häufig so in Fewo. Und für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist die Wohnung gut gelegen, da in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß der Indoor Spielplatz Pirateninsel ist, falls das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt. Alles in allem zu empfehlen.
