Das Haus von aussen und der Garten machten einen guten Eindruck.Im Inneren des Hauses, in der Wohnung 9, war die Herrlichkeit jedoch nicht mehr vorhanden.Das Internet/WLAN-Verbindung waren nicht vorhanden, ein Fernsehempfang daher nicht möglich.In der Küche waren Kochfeld und Herdplatte stark verschmutzt und beschädigt. Messer waren stumpf, ein Sieb/Durchschlag war nicht vorhanden, die Messer stumpf, der Wasserhahn in der Spüle war locker, Kochtöpfe und Pfannen waren stark verschmutzt.Im Bad war der Duschkopt so verkalkt, das kaum Wasser herauskam. Das Gestänge in der Dusche und der Handtuchhalter hatten sich aus der Befestigung gelöst. Die Duschkabinentür hatte sich teilweise aus der Verankerung gelöst. Rauchmelder, gesetzlich vorgeschrieben lagen abgeschraubt und batterielos in einem Schrank im Schlafzimmer. Die Beleuchtung im Hause war teilweise defekt. Der Sonnenschirm war defekt
