BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!!

This Hotel does seem clean and the staff was professional and friendly however we found BED BUGS along the head rest of the bed. BED BUGS are a pest that travels from room to room and will follow you in your suitcase. Treatment lasts weeks and they have to fumigate the entire place. I urge you to pick another place or ask if they have fumigated and properly treated!!!

Good for a rest

The staff was great, very friendly. We were happy to find Hotel Cayuga as we were passing through the area so we could rest. The rooms could use more counter space, somewhere to put luggage/purse/etc. There is no counter space. Rooms are snug but AC works great which is always good. There’s a small market right next door which is very handy.

Buena estadia, solo que me quede sorprendido a pesar de que sabia que se podia realizar check out late mediante un cobro adicional hasta las 3pm, a pesar de la pregunta realizada en la recepcion, no me lo ofrecieron fue muy cerrada la respuesta de la mujer que estaba en ese momento de que a las 11am se tenia que salir y quedarse en el restaurante cuanto tiempo quisiese Deberian de replantear ampliar la salida al menos al mediodia y capacitar en tener mas tacto con el cliente

We had a terrible night here. No blankets in the room but had to leave ac on or we roasted. Then some other guests decided to have a party in the courtyard from 11:30 to 3:30 am. Tried to call front desk (which is attached to the courtyard so they should have been able to hear them anyways) but no answer. Was told by morning front desk staff that there should have been someone there. Then first thing in the morning someone decided to swim at 6:30. Pool is closed from 8:45 pm to 8:45 am. Breakfast took about 50 minutes to make. I could overlook the cobwebs in the room corners full of bugs if not for all of that. Too bad because it is a beautiful hotel.

Muy ordenado y limpio. Muy bien ubicado, un lugar un poco solitario, pero súper cerca de la playa y el paseo de los turistas. El desayuno es bastante bueno.

I stayed there with my family, a party of four, we got a room front to the main street, the hotel's sign at night was killing our sleep, strong red light shining and blackout curtains didn't do much. Pool was okay despite someones fake hair extensions found all over the floor, seems like the pool cleaning isn't covered by the regular maids so the hair was there for a couple of days, breakfast was acceptable. I'd recommed it but for not more than one night, there aren't many outdoors attractions unless you book a guided tour.
