Solo algo que señalar que no nos gusto fue que tuvieran el restaurant Barracuda de niños cerrados por la supuesta baja ocupacion del hotel eso lo vi mal porque si tienes 8 restaurant de adultos como vas a cerrar el unico que tienes para niños y otra cosa que deben mejorar es el menu del buffet en el desayuno que todos los dias era lo mismo y arriba en el area elite muy poca variedad de comida no nos hizo sentido subir mas si casi toda la comida estaba abajo, en fin noa emcanto el hotel y el servicio lo recomiendo 100%

We stayed at the resort most of the time. Beautiful rooms with a plenty of dining options. You need to book a few days ahead for a table. The staff are friendly but sometimes they were understaff at the pool. We will stay again!

The view, property, amenities are amazing! Adult only pool was enormous with many places to be on your own or with friends. They are still working on communication to guests and online restaurant info is not always accurate. So much thought and planning went into the decor to make it high-end. Pro tip: Plan arrival time earlier in the day as 5pm traffic makes the commute grueling.

This is a new, smaller property. The service could have been better, as we were expecting something like that of Live Aqua Cancun. There were many areas that needed proper air conditioning. The drinks were really the best. I have been 18 times to all different resorts, but this one serves the best.

The staff was very attentive and cleaned up the seaweed everyday. The seaweed wasn't near as bad as south of Cancun. Lots of pools for the different groups.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Pros: beautiful service seem to listen well. The food was amazing. Food for room service was alright but most of the restaurants were quite good. Everything is within walking distance. The beach is very well maintained. Cons: waited awhile at the first desk to get checked in. Ordered a crib before hand to have in our room upon arrival and there was not one. They were able to bring one pretty quickly! There was construction/ repairs being made near our room in the hallway so it was quite frustrating with attempting to have the baby nap. Lastly there is only one place to get breakfast and for dinner you must have a reservation somewhere.

was great- most of the food was terrific (the bar by the pool was not great), the staff was super helpful and friendly, plenty to do right there on the property. we only left once to go snorkeling and regret it--water was too rough
