We had an amazing time at this property. Traveled at all of the other excellence properties. We feel like they took the best of all properties and put into one a little disappointed with the maintenance issues. Seeing it is a new resort we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling and the shower did not drain. This issue was rectified in a timely manner. We do feel like the entertainment is a little lacking. But, overall a wonderful experience- the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great vacation!

I just came back from a four day trip in july and im an honest traveler…the swim up junior suite is outstanding…the food on this resort i can say is amazing and I’ve stayed at many all inclusive resorts and i know what to expect but this resort in the food category i promise you WILL NOT go hungry!!!! I loved the steak house and the lobster hut…the only con to this place i felt was the beach area was alittle underwhelming when compared to the rest of the property but the staff was great and i didnt have one single issue and state of the art gym on the premise

I loved my stay! My partner and I came to enjoy our 1 year anniversary. I loved the grounds, the service, and the room was incredible. The swim up suite was so beautiful and the pool was insanely clean! The club upgrade was accessible at the front desk but sadly we wanted the swim up suite and they didn't have that type of room available for the club upgrade, which brings me to some of the downfalls as the club upgrade did come with dinner options we didn't have access too. Just a bit of feedback: The buffet (The Kitchen Table) was only open for breakfast until 11am. The resort had many dining options but the buffet closing at 11 was a huge disappointment. Most restaurants had wait times for dinner and a variety of them were either closed some days or only open for lunch or dinner other days. After our 2nd day it definitely felt like food for dinner was inaccessible unless you planned ahead. None of the restaurants took reservations except one which meant most spots had at least a 20-30 minute wait which for a hotel this expensive that was a bit underwhelming. I think opening the buffet for at least a few hours for dinner would be insanely helpful for the guests. Lunch options were accessible for sure, it was really just dinner that we struggled with a bit. One night we ordered room service and honestly the food was insanely bad. For a

Great staff, cleanliness, and quiet environment. Restaurant availability needs work as there are different schedules everyday. The music in the pool areas needs to be livelier. Only one ATM for the entire resort, which did not work during my entire stay. It was very difficult to get a direct phone number to the resort. The night entertainment is ok, but needs improvement. Pool areas need more shade. The beach and water need to be cleaned of the large amounts of seaweed. Night entertainment should go longer since it is an adults only resort.

This hotel, relatively new and operating at about 50% capacity during our visit, had its pros and cons. On the plus side, finding a seat in the restaurants and lounging at the pool or beach was a breeze. However, the atmosphere was strikingly quiet, almost to the point of boredom. Music seemed scarce, and playing your own tunes was reserved for a select few guests. One afternoon, while enjoying some music at the beach, we were told to lower the volume. I complied but after a brief interaction with an employee, we were asked to turn it off completely ironically, shortly after, a live band began performing nearby. This inconsistency left us frustrated, especially since the staff, while friendly and eager to please, seemed to enforce rules selectively. Entertainment options were minimal, with volleyball being the highlight at the main pool, which was surprisingly empty. We were excited for a cantarito class, but instead of making our drinks, we merely watched a bartender prepare them. Such moments felt underwhelming; I could’ve easily learned from online videos. The silent disco was a standout experience, drawing a crowd that craved entertainment. However, after the evening activities ended around 9:30, the hotel became eerily quiet, with guests huddled in the lobby, where laughter was met with disapproving looks. On the plus side, the food was some of the best I’ve had at a resort, complemented by trendy decor that made for great photos. Overall, we probably wouldn't return

The brand new resort was beautiful. I wanted my birthday trip to be relaxing and it was beyond relaxing. The staff was very welcoming, the food was GREAT, the drinks were perfect, not to mention our room that was the best part of my trip!!! We booked the two story suite with a private pool. The shower was a bit slippery so be careful. Room service was also top tier. I am already looking into booking another trip at this location!!! LOVED IT!
