Service and stay was 10/10. The resort was very clean and the staff were incredible. We were very impressed with the portion sizes at all the restaurants. The selection of restaurants was amazing also. There is something for everyone. Definitely an all inclusive experience I would come back to. Juan, Juan Carlos, Charley, Fernando, Bianca, Barbara, Cesar, Federico and Pedro were all great. We also booked transportation from and to the airport thru the resort which was very convenient.

The property was really beautiful. We stayed in the main pool for the most part and loved the swim up bartender Erubey. Also, Vianey was a sweetheart and provided great poolside service when we werent in the pool. Stop by and get the tacos at Tipico. They are a must...even better if Betsy is your server. Milo and Agave were excellent and the main lobby bar had stellar drinks and service provided by Adolfo and Rojelio. Overall 10 out of 10.

Top tier experience , quality food, diverse options. Beautiful beach, hotel layout. Only issues we found were entertainment is still developing compared to other properties. We didn’t like the steamer in the room, there was no way to hang our clothes to steam them. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Loved our stay. Service was great. Just opened in early February so some aspects of the resort are fully finished (tennis/pickleball courts).

I have a very mixed feelings about this hotel . Let’s start with good stuff : Definitely the people who works there. Beach attendants, bartenders, restaurants waitresses, excellence club people - all working really hard , genuinely really nice , welcomed you with an open heart and trying to make your stay positive and memorable. The food : all the places we have dined are really delicious with good quality food , except The Grill steakhouse (not sure what happened there the chief who had a bad day or can’t cook in general :) The beach : a heaven on Earth , can’t even add anything more Also we went to the spa and enjoyed our almost 3 hours treatment greatly !! Now about the not so great experience: First we had a problem with checking in to our originally booked and fully paid room .

Truly the Excellence experience that is expected by guests! Beautiful resort, amazing staff & delicious food! It is a new property, so vegetation needs a few years to flourish. The beach is stunning!

We absolutely loved our vacation at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres. We have stayed at numerous Excellence adults-only all inclusives before and were excited to try this new resort. The staff, service, rooms, grounds, restaurants, and bars have been incredible. A special thank you to Ricardo, food and beverage manager as he is absolutely outstanding. He really took the time to ask about our experience and made arrangements for my birthday to be memorable. Thank you, Ricardo, for going above and beyond and checking in with us every day. We will return.

What a beautiful hotel to stay in. Despite it being only open for one month, almost every single thing was perfect. Above all, was the staff - they were all so welcoming, always with a smile and greeting and did their utmost to ensure that you were enjoying the best stay, from the gardeners, housekeepers, bartenders, pool attendants and restaurant staff. Thank you to everyone for their hard work and hospitality!

Exclusivity needs to train its staff heavily, and not just in this new one, but in all of them, I'll start by talking about the lack of attention to the information in the system, When you check in, you're asked if you have any allergies, but even if you make it clear that you don't, in all of the restaurants they ask you this several times. It's really tiring. People work like robots, and sometimes they ask you the same question two, three, and one day four times at the same lunch. There are waiters who don't let you eat, asking questions about the food. There was a waiter at the Asian restaurant who I had to ask to let me eat in peace, because he asked me 8 times if the food was good, Another outrage was charging for a transfer because I booked through Expedia. If you do it through their website, the transfer is free. Now the most intriguing thing is that if you say you're going to leave a bad review, they buy you a free day on your next stay. This has happened to me before with them, but when I went to use They didn't accept it at the Montego Bay hotel and they never gave me back the money I paid, this time the general manager came to talk to me about these problems, and I said, I won't accept your courtesy, I'll show the next guests what they'll find here
