The resort appears bright and new. The receptionists were pleasant and welcoming. It, the rooms are stark with no carpeting or area rugs. I would hoe for slippers if I had to walk on cold tile. Upon check in, the receptionist mentioned that the main pool area was closed due to a large event, which I never noticed. Because this area remained closed for our entire stay, the secondary pool, albeit a quite nice rooftop area with a bar, the rooftop area became overcrowded.

Amazing well run resort. Huge heated pools but have to have reservations for rooftop pool due to space. Wonderful service and people hustled all day to serve people. Kudos to them. Staff were all friendly throughout. Alexis B at Half Cracked Tiki was awesome server. Great attitude and great service. Food and drinks perfect! Nice band too. Well done

The Sunseeker Resort offers everything you need while on property. There are multiple restaurants/bars, 2 pools, a gym and a spa, It is well maintained and the staff ensures you are well taken care of. We did not see anything appealing in the immediate area off property and did not visit downtown Port Charlotte, Fort Meyers or any of the suggested attractions to comment on them. Overall our 4 night stay on property provided everything we wanted for a relaxing break.

The bedding was nevsr changed. It was disgusting. Pubic hair and stains everywhere. Sat on hold for the front desk for 20 minutes until i had enough. This place has turned into a dumpster fire in the last year

The property was incredible! There really wasn’t any reason to leave with the pools, fitness center and dining options! It is beautiful!

Not worth the money

It was a beautiful place but that’s about it. When we went up to check out the pool we couldn’t because they were having an event that we could pay for to get in, a resort fee was included in our room cost but this event at the pool was an extra cost. The service at the couple of bars we sat at left something to be desired as well, once we ordered and got our drinks and food we were ignored and had to help ourselves to things we needed. When asked if they had room service, by text, they responded immediately, no but we could visit on of the bars for take out. So we ordered door dash and saw it was delivered to the front desk and messaged the same person to ask if they could deliver it to our room I got no response and we did not get our food.

My only problem was I asked for a half of you room. They gave me that but it wasn’t full Harbor. I asked to be relocated. They gave me a full view for $50 more wasn’t happy with that.
