We needed several weeks stay to attend to business in Punta Gorda. This property was exactly what we needed in terms of the house size and amenities and its proximity to downtown Punta Gorda and the Punta Gorda Isles. Much better than staying in a hotel.

Second time staying here! You can’t beat the location! We love to walk so it’s great for us but if you don’t, driving is very short and easy as well! Publix, Dollar Tree, IHop, Waffle House and many other places very close!

Highly recommend this property. Very clean and everything we needed throughout the house. There are plenty of charging areas, 3 tv sets, all appliances were first rate. We enjoyed our time in PG.This property would also be perfect for 2 couples. Lots of privacy. Big back yard made for outdoor grilling. We also found plenty of stores in walking distance for meals, shopping and other necessities.Christine was always available if I had any questions. Stay was awesome - back yard lovely and well appointed kitched etc-- my only negative is the couches are pretty and work great in the space but i did not find them comfortable to sit on, but that could just be me :) lovely place and very convenient for town to walk everywhere.

Wonderful VRBO in a Great Location

This property is a great find! It's in a perfect location being close to the Harbor Walk, Fisherman's Village, great restaurants, fabulous parks, grocery store, etc. The property itself was very clean with comfortable living space indoors and outdoors. Communicating with the property manager was simple with fast response times. Overall, our experience was great! When visiting the Punta Gorda area again, we will definitely plan to stay here!
