To whom this may concern. We rented this property in good faith. When we arrived we found the front door hard to open and needed some repair. In entering the house we went to check outthe kitchen to see what nwe have for cook wear and dishes. There was no real usable cook wear as we have pictures. There were cups and tumblers and mix and match dishes. Most of the drink and dishes were left in the dishwasher to be unloaded not my job. Next there was an air fryer that was dirty and something left in it. Open wine bottles around the house in cupboards and behind things. Next laundry room with damp towels left on the drier, I opened the dryer to put them in and found the dryer full of bedding and towels On to the cup boards inthe laundry room where I was going to put laundry to find it full of curtains raining down on me. Locked garage door from laundry room but outside door open for us to see the garage piled with everything that was being emptied out from the house. Call property manager and insisted she be there in the morning Monday Feb 23 2026 to go over issues. First thing she said was she told property owner the house was NOT ready to rent.Asked to have door fixed--did not happennnNEXT the not working POOL According to pool cleaner the owner could not be reached to get the pool looked at or fixed. We stayed for 10 days until VRBO said they would refund the full rental amount, we are still trying to get this settled. These rental owners shpould be accounta
