Experience Tuckers Cove, one of the most desirable communities in Babcock Ranch. This is a brand new, large 1,879 sq.ft., three bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. Inside, the open-concept design connects the kitchen, dining, and family room leading to a lanai for outdoor entertaining. Upstairs, the luxurious owner’s suite features a en-suite bathroom, accompanied by two additional bedrooms for comfortable living. Completing the home is a convenient one-car garage. Step outside the front door and envision the future water park. While the waterpark and amenities at Tuckers Cove are currently under construction (est completion 11/26) you will have more than enough things to do at Babcock Ranch. You will have full access to everything the amenity center offers here at Babcock Ranch, including two pools, pickleball, basketball, and tennis courts, weekly concerts and food trucks at Founders Square, farmers markets, plenty of kid parks with amazing slides, a water splash park, a dog park, walking trails, Starbucks, Publix, Jersey Mike’s, Panera bread, Five Below, Ace Hardware, and many more coming. Webbs Reserve is right next door if you want to get in a game of golf (fees are additional). Want to have a nice dinner overlooking the water…we have the Lakehouse waterfront restaurant, or you can go to Slaters for a delicious breakfast. There is always something to do here at the ranch!

You will be required to complete the HOA transfer membership forms and pay a one time fee of $150 for the social amenities transfer (it is included in your booking fees). The Tuckers Cove HOA will need to approve the membership transfer. They require a copy of your drivers license and a copy of the rental contract. You will also need to register online for the Babcock HOA to get amenity access and they have an $25 fee. All reservations require a 30 day minimum stay as per the HOA regulations. Reservations are available year-round.

Very comfortable place in a great location! Trails, bike lanes and sidewalks everywhere! Townhouse is very well appointed with just about everything you may need. Owner is awesome! Friendly, outgoing and helpful! I could contact her anytime and she would always respond immediately.
