Property was less than a year old but still seemed to be working out the details. Very gracious front desk man who welcomed us and checked us in. Stunningly beautiful location. 10 miles of bad road between hotel and any other amenities or resources.

Surprisingly nice property for the price.

Amazing beachfront hotel. Facilities seemed to be brand new. Complimentary breakfast with a full plate of food and beverages. Area is isolated from any population centers so the onky people on the beach were hotel guests and owners of the adjacent condo complex. Beach was sparkling clean. Uber users beware...seemed next to impossible to get an Uber from the hotel. Had to call a local taxi to get from the hotel back to Panama City for over 100usd.

Great value, lovely beachfront property.

Although it is a little isolated of a location and a challenge to get to, it was well worth the trip. The isolated location means the beach is not overcrowd. Their was construction going on during our stay but the noise didn't bother us too much. Great view of the beach from our room and we loved having the kitchenette. The breakfast was also very nice. We would come back.

This is a non-inclusive hotel for people who come to relax or don't like electronic music, as they have loud electronic music playing all day long in the common areas. It also doesn't have vegetarian dishes. The room needs maintenance, as several items were damaged.

"I had a great experience at this location. However, one suggestion would be to offer more beverage options in the morning. We were informed that we had to wait until the convenience store opened at 11 a.m. before we could get a drink, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be great if there were some options available for guests who are feeling thirsty early in the day. Shout out to the DJ who made the ambience super fun and the volleyball crew!!! I will come back definitely!

This is a very new property, and during my stay there were a lot of issues with the facilities, that made this a poor experience for me. Most of the staff spoke little to no English, and the front desk staff were inattentive and not very professional in their interactions. The restaurant staff we had also did not speak English, which is below my expectations for a Western-style resort. There were several problems with the room including missing bath towels, no hot water from the shower, a strange fishy odor to the shower water, a cabinet front panel in the kitchen that fell off when we opened the adjacent cupboard, and very bright bathroom lights (not fun, when using the bathroom at night). We were hoping to enjoy the evening breezes, but when the bedroom/ balcony sliding door was opened, it created a draft effect, with a very loud whistling sound produced by air rushing in from around the front door, due to a lack of sealing. So, we had to leave all the windows closed all night, to keep the loud whistling sound from occuring. The included breakfast was one of the least enjoyable I've had from a hotel in a long time, including the quality and quantity of food. The area around the hotel is still under construction, with all the sounds and activity of a busy construction site. The road to get to this hotel is long, and in very rough condition, which was nerve- racking in a rental car. This hotel will probably be a nice resort experience, someday.

Elegí hospedarme en el Radisson por su ubicación cercana. Planeaba una estancia breve, con llegada tardía y salida temprano. Lo positivo: La propiedad tiene una ubicación privilegiada frente a la playa, dentro de un complejo con buena infraestructura y diseño agradable. El desayuno está incluido, es bufete, no es muy variado, pero decente. Lo negativo: Al llegar, la garita del complejo estaba vacía, lo que me hizo esperar para ingresar. En el hotel, no había personal en el front desk, por lo que dejaron mis llaves con el guardia de seguridad. Al entrar a la habitación, estaba sucia y con basura de huéspedes anteriores. Volví con el seguridad, quien, tras 20-25 minutos, logró conseguir otra habitación, pero el inodoro también estaba sucio. Una tercera habitación estaba limpia, aunque sin agua ni jabón de manos. En conclusión, el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación e infraestructura, pero la falta de atención al huésped y los problemas de limpieza amargan la estadía.
