The Unique Club and Atlantico buffets were excellent, and we truly enjoyed the upscale dining experiences at the steakhouse, Mexican, hibachi, French, and Mediterranean restaurants. Every restaurant felt like a five-star experience. We were very pleased with all the services provided throughout our trip, thanks to the outstanding staff who made everything exceptional.

Amazing experience and will definitely be back. The booking process was easy and first class. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The resort was clean, fun, and we always had something to do. The property was clean and beautiful beach. Separated sides for Unique club. The room was clean and spacious, housekeeping did well. There were many restaurants to chose from. Be sure to make reservations when you arrive. The entertainment was nice, the service from staff was attentive. This resort is massive so I would recommend at least a 5 day stay to fully enjoy. If you chose Unique ask for Fermin as your Butler, he was phenomenal!!

My family had a wonderful vacation! The unique club upgrade is well worth it! The staff is so friendly and the grounds are impeccably maintained. We had a 5th floor ocean view room that was amazing!

Beautiful property. Great pool, although chairs are hard to find when busy. Great beach. Unique experience was worth it. Food was overall good (Mareas and inari were great), although some restaurants were better than others. Also had some gastrointestinal distress after eating at the hotel all week. Butler made reservations as requested. Housekeeping was over good, but missed some requests toward the end of the stay. Bars and alcohol selection was good. Activities and entertainment was fun, especially pool side and the Michael Jackson night show.

Best food we’ve had at an all inclusive. Staff was amazing - especially our butler Victor. We’ve been here 3x and very happy each time. The unique experience is very worth it for the beach restaurant, towels, beach chairs, and generally elevated service.
