This resort was very impressive, they have koi ponds with turtles and other fish at the entrance of the resorts check in area. Peacocks, iguana, flamingos, duck and a variety of other birds live on the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was amazing, the food was good. I would recommend to upgrade to the platinum package. I had an amazing time and this was my first solo trip

Overall a good experience for my family vacation including a 5 year old. Grounds were well kept and staff were generally friendly and helpful. It makes a difference when you tip at bars and restaurants especially the first day. You can be ignored at swim up bar or buffet if you are new and bartender don’t know whether you tip or not. The buffet was satisfactory compared to other resorts we stayed in Mexico and Jamaica. Lots of options including vegetarian dishes and meats. The cafe and ice cream shops are excellent. It was a good experience but there are other better options.

The area was pretty and nice to walk in the evening. Beach was clean but very difficult to find seating.

Nice resort

It is an amazing resort, they attend to your every need, couple issues with the WiFi and room not being fully equipped like I am use to, the food and drinks is better than most all inclusive on the island, be prepared to have some patience the lobby is far away from the rooms including pool area. Premium is the best option if you would like to enjoy your stay better.

Overall best bang for the buck . Outside grounds are beautiful and well kept. Rooms are nice . They seem to run out of towels allot though. I’ve read that before I went and experienced it. Food was good for what it is. The Japanese place was very good .

Arrived and had to wait a while at the front desk. I had been traveling for 18 hours and up for 30 at that point and my son and I were very hungry. Was told that our room wasn’t ready and it was 2:50pm and she said it would be ready soon. I asked how I would know it was ready? She replied soon. Also explained how we needed to eat and drink. There should be something offered/served in the lobby especially when you first arrive. So after getting things sorted out we were directed to the buffet which is about a 5 minute walk and the attendent told me they were closed but I said I was instructed to go there and there was still 30 mins left before they close according to the package information. We ate and then made our way to the room. They have many golf carts to transport you around. It’s also easy to walk. The restaurants are ok but you can’t book them but one at a time and only one per day and they are booked usually. Also the buffet was better in my opinion because they had a lot of options and you don’t have to wait. The activities are really good and so is the entertainment!
