Our stay at TRS Turquesa was outstanding! There is so much to love about this resort I don’t know where to begin. The staff are by far the best. Friendly, helpful,gracious,…just a few names I can remember. Victor and Melky our butlers. Stefani at the Helios restaurant was amazing. Yeudy made us the best cocktails. Or check in with Carlos was smooth. In fact every one at the resort was incredible! The housekeeping staff were top notch. We are still talking about the food… much better than we expected. The beach and pools were fantastic.we found the secrets pool on our last day which is a little gem. We’ll be back for sure, thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable. Ann and Luis

Beautiful property very clean. You can walk to places. Pool areas clean. Beach is beautiful BUT you cannot find seats because they are taken all the time. People leave their towels NOT FAIR and the staff doesn’t remove them. Also there was one vendor on the beach with a stick and the stray pups would bark at him only not the others because he would go towards them with the stick. That’s animal abuse . We wanted to take that stick and go after him. Disgusting. Also the pool area very quiet. MUSIC PLEASE. Also the Travel Group very aggressive and don’t understand the words GET TO THE POINT. We are on vacation don’t have time to spend . Other than those reasons property is beautiful.

the property was nice, clean and the staff very friendly. The water pressure in the shower was poor but was hot and did work. The food was good and lots of choice. My only complaint is the pool was hard to get a spot, not different from any other resort but they should stop people from putting towels on chairs

We had an amazing time, our service team was amazing! From our Butler (Noris) to our Concierge (Fransisco). They made sure all of our needs were covered. Having the private swim up gave us a great option away from the party crowd. The facility had events for everyone from wild bingo nights to morning yoga classes! Highly recommend!

Edward was a super nice butler and made sure we were comfortable and well accommodated with anything at all. 5 stars to him!! Norielis was by far the best butler we have ever had on any of our trips. Pedro from the beach was amazing as well!!!

Our stay was fabulous! Randy took care of everything we needed. It was our honeymoon and he brought us champagne and left rose petals in our room! It all felt very special and he made the trip so much better! :)

We had an amazing time at the tra turquesa property in punta Cana . Our private butler name Rodny was amazing. He went above and beyond for us to make our trip easy for us and a great time . Highly reccomend this place

Traveled as a couple and had an amazing stay at TRS which included a room upgrade thanks to Expedia. Our butler, Noris, was always available for questions and made sure every detail was perfect. She even got us lobster for our romantic dinner on the beach. Highly recommend spending the extra money on the premium experience. Special shoutout to Pedro, Samuel, Jorge and Joel who always made sure we had a drink in our hands on the beach and by the pool. Normally don’t go to the same resort more than once but this one was special so we will definitely be back!
