My husband and I came here, as we’ve been booking with Expedia multiple times and have gotten a decent deal or so we thought. We picked a room that had a swim out pool. The room is a king size room with a swim out pool, the door doesn’t lock properly we must’ve spent 15 minutes trying to figure that out until you have to actually slam the door in order to maybe lock it. We were informed if we had any issues to reach out to customer service by pressing “” zero, in which we did and received no one so that’s convenient. on top of that on our second day here, someone from room service knocks on the door finally at around 5 o’clock. Meanwhile we are in the room which is fine we let them know that we need towels the woman took the towel from our hands and informed us that she would be back, and she never came back, left us with no towels and room was never cleaned. There was no restocking of the fridge, no paper towels. When you speak to the front desk they look at you oddly. Informing us that someone would come to take a look at the door and give us towels, guess were not getting room service for the two days. No one smiles here. Also BE AWARE: if they offer you a breakfast in their sister resort, say no, unless you want to waste 3 hours (although they promised a 60 minute presentation), to tell you about some nonsense xpando company that wants 30k of your money for “future trips”. In which they tell you they don’t pressure, but would not take No, not interested, as an answer.
