First time to this resort, I had a great time. I spent time at each pool and bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would to even think I made some long term friends with some of the staff. They even with a language barrier they treated you like family. Going out of there way to say hello with a big smile. The pools were all very nice and big. The entertainment and night life was great!

My second day my room was not cleaned . I reported it to the concierge . Monday the power kept going out and there was no tv . The staff was nice . I just didn’t appreciate my room not being cleaned and not having tv for a day
