I liked that we felt safe. The food was pretty good except the ice which was a little on the melted side. I guess freezers aren't cold enough. My biggest complaint is that the wifi is very low in speed. I clocked it at 16 to 18 mbps. So slow that the TV is useless. No way of watching TV. Not that we need it. But, while in bed we like to watch TV before falling asleep. If you depend on internet for work or other things. I recommend bringing your own form to access it. Other than those issues everything went well.

We loved the resort! The staff were incredible as well as the food. Everyone was so friendly and made you feel comfortable and safe. Reyes at the front desk is amazing and helpful!

Amazing spot. Top resort, dining and stuff. VIP area amazing spot. Infinity pool and bar, Top service and the most friendly and attentive stuff. The bartenders really make your stay so enjoyable. All staff from different areas were very kind, respectful and welcoming. The resort was very nice and unique as it featured different pools and different restaurants in different parts of the resort so it was nice to explore. My sisters and I felt safe and comfortable at the resort. The only downfall was the wait time at the restaurants between each part of the meal. You could be waiting for your eal for 30 minutes after receiving your appetizer. Overall the resort was worth it and I would stay here again.
