Resort was super clean!!! All areas!! Julio Baez in Preferred Lounge one of the best, he was entertaining, and made great drinks. They could use some more lively music in there though. Orlando our butler was great, made us our massage appointment, dinner reservations, luggage pick up and was always checking to see if we needed anything!! All the staff was great though too.

Secrets royal, overall was a great resort to stay at. The staff was friendly, they took great care of us. The resort was beautiful and clean. The food was ok and the drinks were good. We enjoyed the daily entertainment. There were a couple of small things missing from our room that could’ve made our room better, like light bulbs for the lamp, and ironing board, and full length mirror. Overall it was a great stay and I would come back.

I enjoyed my stay here at secrets Royal beach! The staff are very polite, entertainment was great, food and drink delicious. I will say the 2 restaurants that service need to be worked on was the Mexican and French restaurant!

This was our 5th vacation to Secrets. We love that it is clean, had many dining options, and the shows are great! It's so much fun. There isn't anything that we don't like about it. We will be back again in the future!

The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the spa and most other amenities. There was some ongoing construction activities that were noisy at times and the disco was closed during our stay, which was both unexpected and disappointing.

The staff!!!!! Flower (entertainment team) and Euri (server) were absolutely incredible. They really went out of their way for us. The amenities were also spectacular.
