The check in process was ineffective especially since I did online preregistration. It was not fun to start my vacation by waiting an hour. I don’t like being tricked into listening to a travel club 2 hour presentation. Food was ok. Bed was comfortable. My concierge was welcoming until I did not buy a travel club membership. She ignored us every time we saw her and was not helpful in getting us reservations to dinner. The staff at the cabana were awesome and so was everyone else.

Resort beautiful and huge. We spent a lot of our time at the pools. Kaisy out concierge was amazing. She attended to al my needs. Would definitely recommend Royalton.

Adoni is the best. He made our vacaction something amazing. He made the reservations for the tematic restaurants and always giving us great recomendations. The lazy river was our best part. We will for sure recomend this hotel and would like to come back again. Thank you Adoni.

It’s dirty and the food is straight up trash, overcooked or bland, thats all they offer. Staff is nice but doesn’t really understand English and they move very slow. Have to wait very long for them to get things done. Servers at the bars were the best.

The food was surprisingly very good. The bartenders from the Martini bar were the best!! We loved our concierge Cesar, loved his energy, always happy and smiling, very friendly and helpful!
