Room was molded. Floor slippery. Expedia did nothing to help. Must be common practice to give out unacceptable room because there was a room exchange line for 2 o’clock the following day. Being in a different country unable to get help was exhausting. Will never book through a third party again

The trip was not a very good experience. Starting by saying that Spirits airlines cancelled the flight and i had to travel to a different city 3 hours away to be able to leave 2 days after and i lost vacation time that nobody compensated us for. It was pretty much you either leave in 2 days or we give you the money back for the plain and i would have lost my entire trip that was payed already.The room was a disaster as far as the condition and they did not have any other room available the AC was not working, the coffee maker was broken the phone on the room to call front desk was also not functioning, the room smelled nasty and moldy. The people that came to clean were amazing and super nice the food was great and the staff that took care of us was amazing even front desk was nice but they had no options for us and nobody offered any kind of compensation for all the inconvenience . I would not book again there.

To begin with, as soon as we walked in the room, we got hit in the face with a smell of mildew and mold ask for another room, exactly the same smell mold was visible on the ceiling and all throughout the bathroom laundry and linen were shotty mopped with the same old black water from the day before outside, open leeching fields with a smell of sewer we’ll never go back
