The hotel’s hallways, stairwells, and corridors were shockingly dirty, making the walk to the rooms unpleasant. Inside, the rooms themselves showed a disturbing lack of cleanliness—mirrors, refrigerator doors, and bathroom floors were all marked with unusual stains. While the sheets seemed clean at first glance, it was clear that attention to detail had been neglected. The bathroom floors were especially filthy, with long-ignored spills, creating an immediate sense of discomfort. They have a major lack of attention and pride.
In the morning, staff were seen taking water from the pool and spilling it onto the floors, which was very unpleasant for guests trying to access the pool. It seemed that no one monitored the pool area throughout the day, so it quickly became dirty. The food area was also with flies, which was another unpleasant and shocking sight.
The main buffet’s coffee area was disgusting beyond words, behind the counter where they make food also dirty, and the beach was cluttered with piles of chairs that spoiled its natural beauty. Many staff members wore soiled uniforms, and the drinks served were unappealing. Overall, the hotel suffered from serious hygiene and maintenance issues. They do not have bathrooms enough in common area, little bathroom with 3 doors for all these people there?
Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
