First time, overall it was a nice resort. The accommodations were satisfactory, not spectacular. Staff was amazing! Food was mediocre. Drinks were good and entertainment was great! The distance from the lobby to the beach and pools were a decent walk. The restaurants advertised open until 9:30pm I believe but most nights we witnessed them turning people away and saying closed around 8:30pm which left only the buffet option.

Review 2025 , MOLD OR BED BUG DROPPINGS roaches, I had blaxk spots.all.over my bed, i woke up with bites all over my back. Found a roach.in the room. Another guest found three roaches, given a towel with gum and hair on it. Found wasnt good would never go again

I was extremely not happy with the property. My daughter had insect bites all over her legs after being in the room. The 1st room we stayed at smelled very bad and moldy. They then moved us to another room when they saw the bites in my daughter’s legs. Which I ended up taking her to an on premise doctor and had to pay alot out of pocket more than $300. The food was horrible and the restaurant where not properly kept clean. I would never go back to this hotel

There was ants and roaches in the bathroom i seen a rat in the kitchen after hours

The Spa was amazing and located within the property. I had a good time the beach the pools everything was great! Would come back again.

Our room was dirty and the bed and sheets was filthy as well we were bitten with lil bugs and will being going to the doctor to see if there bed bugs and asking for a full refund
