Want a clean, safe, comfortable and inexpensive getaway in the Dominican Republic Punta Cana/Bávaro area for up to 6 people?  Look no further, this 2 bedroom apartment is the best choice.  All furniture is brand-new, fast WiFi, Air Conditioning and 1 mile from some of the best beaches in the world!  The apartment has 2 bedrooms with King size bed and 2 full bathroom, one with a jacuzzi tub and the second one with a walk-in shower.  The terrace has a view of the swimming pool and is enclosed with anti-mosquito netting.  Brand-new air conditioners are independently controlled for each bedroom and the living/dining area.  Brand-new large capacity Washer and separate Dryer.  You have free access to the swimming pool and are 20 minutes walking from the beach.  We have an on-site manager to greet you and available when needed during your stay.  The apartment is in a complex with a swimming pool that is open from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. and 20 minutes walking from fantastic beaches.  We recommend renting or bring your car so that you may enjoy the many sights and restaurants in the Bavaro-Punta Cana area.  We have provided all the comforts and details we would expect ourselves when travelling.  All the furniture and appliances are brand-new as well as the air conditioning units, independently controlled for each bedroom and the living/dining area. Unlimited high speed WiFi is included, we have our own connection, but the resort also has WiFi just in case. Electricity is included in the rent, but not wasteful consumption that may result from leaving air conditioners on when not in the apartment.  We have installed 3 separate high-efficiency Daikin air conditioning units so that you may cool the apartment quickly whenever desired.  Given our prior experience, 20 kilowatts of energy consumption per day is more than plenty for complete comfort.  There is a easy-to-read meter in the apartment so that you may determine the kilowatts used.  Kilowatts used beyond this ample allotment will be charged separately at 20 Dominican Pesos (about 34 cents) per Kilowatt.
