Perfect stay everything was amazing to my concierge kenia to out hibachi chef and attendies everything was delicious food was super good 10 out of 10 and we live in miami we use to good quality restaurants and there sal and hibachi restaurants were delightful the amenities and attractions are top level recommend to anyone i booked again for this year and the next

The property is as clean and modern as the pictures. It is extremely family friendly with all the amenities and activities catered towards young families. The service was excellent. Juan was our family concierge and he made our stay so easy by booking our dinner reservations and letting us know what the activities were on a daily basis.

I enjoyed in this hotel, I felt happy and satisfied during my stay. I feel that I can return because the room is lovely and cozy; everything in the hotel is very nice and clean, the food is good, and—best of all—the human warmth.

We had a good time but the food could be better and more flavorful. We have a personal concierge and he was great his name is Andy. They had activities for the families.

The property and amenities were a 10/10 my only complaint was the food. It’s hard to get a reservation at the restaurants and the buffet at Origen needs more options.
