I booked this property because I saw some of the vip benefits, none of the benefits were acknowledge, I asked multiple times and they told me I had to upgrade to privilege and pay and extra 60 usd por day I ended up paying 222 dollar more for something that was supposed to be already included.

Too many vendors on resort you don’t get to enjoy everywhere you turn there’s a vendor. Staff not friendly unless you’re tipping. Mostly did everything ourselves. Not too many things to do.usually at resorts they have shows didn’t see any but the people doing karaoke every night. No pool dancers how they usually have everywhere else. Small beautiful place wouldn’t return here

The resort was absolutely beautiful, especially the beach! Our room was always clean and cool, with plenty of towels, and the bathroom was spacious.They had trolleys that ran around the resort at regular intervals, which made it easier to get around. The place is huge, so be prepared to walk if you don’t catch the trolley but it’s totally worth exploring on foot, too! It also felt incredibly safe. Most of the time we left our things on the beach, at restaurants, or even at the club, and nothing was ever taken. One night, my sister lost her phone at the club, and the staff contacted her the next day to pick it up. We only tried the Japanese restaurant and the buffet. The buffet had a great variety of food, I was hoping for more traditional Dominican dishes, but the overall selection was still diverse. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the poolside events at the swim-up bar were a solid 10/10, so much fun and great energy. Highly recommended!

It was our first time in Punta Cana and we had a great time. Very family oriented environment which is exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely come back in the future.

Really enjoyed that there was always something to do. Lots of options for all kinds of people. Waited two hours before our room was ready after check in time and pressured to upgrade and purchase a time share as well as vendors who set up outside are relentless. We would alter our route so we could avoid running into them. Room was okay, however it was surface level clean. Overall a great time and cool place to stay.

The hotel was ok in terms of cleanliness and room space. However, the staff seems not to care about the hospitality to their clients. We even took the "Privilege" package for nothing. There was no butler service besides a chat in WhatsApp, the transportation service did not care to stop to pick us while it was raining, even though other guests told the driver to stop, we did not receive service at the "reserve area" of the beach. We had more chances booking the restaurant by ourselves than with the butler. The last day I asked the butler to arrange a taxi for the airport and he wrote that that kind of service was arranged at the hotel lobby. I will NOT book this hotel in the future.
