Main lobby bar sucked. They wouldn’t serve men or would ignore them. At points we would have the females go up. For this being the main place in the evening for activities service was horrible. Asked multiple times to have our a/c looked at and never was looked at. It was just not our room other people we went with had the same issue; however, their room got looked at and issue never got fixed. Liked our room; however, under the bed hasn’t been swepted in a long time. Had to put all dirty towels on floor in order to get new ones or they wouldn’t take any towels. Sensai restaurant was amazing went twice. Steakhouse was horrible took two hours get food and not good. Food was average not that great. Some of the staff was amazing and some were not that great. Talked with multiple people that have been to this resort. Some have gone here several times and one came back five years ago. I asked if they noticed anything and they said the service has gone down and it is not the same in poor visits. Bowling only two lanes worked. It got jammed up a lot, missing three pins, wouldn’t score correctly. If you got a spare it would score it and if you got a gutter it may give you a random point(s) or it might acknowledge it. The balls don’t have very big holes for guys. If we went back would go to a different resort. The beach is very nice and sunrise watching is amazing! I believe you would get that at most of the resorts on along the ocean.
