The resort is beautiful lots to do food is amazing for buffet best of any resort we have been at. Only downside is staff don't speak much english but that is our fault for not learning spanish

The best thing was food: good quality and variety. Illuminators were very active and provided many activities and shows. Though the personal was VERY slow handling small issues, which we had a plenty. Leaking water in the toilet: they promised to send someone for inspection, but never did. Plaster in the bathroom fall off from the ceiling, and we kept waiting for 2 hours for another room. The worst is that they told us to wait 5-10 minutes and instead we had to wait 2 hours and make a few calls to the reception.

The entertsiners were GREAT. This crew all day everyday out by the ocean and pool dancing making everyone participate. Having fun a blast. Everyday was a great day and experience with the entertainers.

I loved this place I went for from feb 8 to feb15 with my husband to spend valentines day...it was awesome a lot of couples including us renewed our vows and it was a big celebration lots of sweet treats and drinks. We even got to see the super bowl on sunday. The food at this resort is delicious we want to go back probably new years..or sooner! The staff works really hard to mKe your stay as pleasant as possible.

I’m never one to leave reviews but it seemed needed. My partner and I came here for 5 days. We purchased a junior deluxe room. It was not very clean and incredibly hot. The a/c wouldn’t go below 68*. The bathroom had no ventilation so everything smelt like mildew by the morning if towels were damp and left to dry. The resort doesn’t allow food outside the cafeteria so no snacks by the pool. Majority of the resort seemed to be under constant construction and unorganized. We would be told to make a reservation then be stuck waiting outside with 30 other people with the same reservation time for about 25 minutes. Some of the staff was nice but this was our first time here and no one took the time to explain to us that they had an online guide or directions. We were just given a map (with no actual information) and 2 cards (turns out it’s for towels, that’s quite a walk on to the beach just to come back to the pool) and our bracelets. My partner and I constantly smiled and were as polite as could be but we still were met with some staff that were quite rude and called us names at points to our faces thinking we didn’t know the meaning. We constantly tipped people as well but when the bell boy came to bring our bags when we arrived he dropped of the bags and stated “so where is my tip?
