The service at this property really left a lot to be desired . The only highlight was our butler Maximo he was great . Staff needs more customer service training as the majority walk around with a miserable face .

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! The website does not do this place justice at all!! It’s even more beautiful in person. The vibe, the scenery, the shuttle that takes you from one side of the the island to the other. Yes I said island because that’s how you feel when you’re here. It’s a beautiful paradise. Come relax unwind and forget about everyday life!!!!!

Ocean Blue is a wonderful resort. I was there in February 2024 and returned in February 2025. The beach was entirely different this year, with smooth, soft white sand and expansive. We spent a lot of time in the crystal clear ocean. Our room was lovely, totally clean, and updated, with a pool view. The staff is very attentive. Meals at Italian and French restaurants were delicious. The meal at Hibachi was not very tasty and rushed. Outdoor entertainment is great. Swim up bars are fun. Only thing I'd comment on, actually, my friend commented as it was her first time there, the lounge chairs are old and worn and many broken, both on the beach and at the pool. These should be replaced, but it probably is a big expense. Thank you OB and Sand, I hope to return!

As our family, our animal lovers, we appreciated that there were cats and a beautiful pink flamingo on the property. I believe the pink flamingoes name was Pinky, which was adorable. We appreciated that the staff did everything they could to try and look after the animals. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I had a great stay at this resort. The large pools offer plenty of space to relax without crowds, and the beach is beautiful, perfect for long walks in either direction. The food was good, and the bars never had long waits. While the nightly entertainment is decent, the bowling alley and VR activities were a hit with the kids. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Before I book the trip, I read the reviews, and that makes big sense to me to make my decision what people say. Vacation was nice , and I give 5 stars even a few things could be better. I was looking for sun , sand , quite place with all inclusive services, and I found that here . Bottled drinking water is limit in the room Shower does not have a power ( I understand that , because some times people abused) Wi-fi is poor in the beach area ( I don’t mind, but sometime needs for communication) The umbrellas are not enough for people, ( I don’t mind, because I’m early bird, I reserved it 6 am ) The rest is super, a specialty coffee restaurant Menu is really good, in buffet,the personal trying to do nice service ( fresh organic juices every morning) Sea food, every day. Property was big , nice landscaping. 2 large pools and easy access to beach area..beach area.clean..soft sand. MULTIPLE themed restaurants as in italian ,mexican, american ,japanese.and french. Wait times to be seated can be competitive but just have to be patient..otherwise you are stuck with buffet every time..but variety of food still good. Entertainment team and staff very friendly..dance good, good spirit. Provide transport to guest in golf carts throughout property which was helpful when tired and hot. Can improve on pool times, there was no night time pool time..or no bar available by pool..

We absolutely loved our stay here. The food was fantastic! Every restaurant including the buffet was so good! No complaints about the food. We did the privilege package and I’ll be honest, our butler at first was non existent. We went to reception and addressed our concerns and let me tell you, Yoel, the butler supervisor was AMAZING!!!! He took over as our butler for the rest of our stay and when I say he went above and beyond that’s an understatement!! He made sure we were well taken care of! The beach is absolutely beautiful and having walked 20 minutes either way on the beach, I’d have to say we had the best beach around! The pools are nice too, very nice. I do prefer the beach for the breeze, the pool doesn’t get that nice breeze so we went to beach more. We are already planning our next trip to this resort, loved it!
