I reserved a room with a king bed for my wife and I, and got a double and was told that they were full and couldn’t do anything about. The reservations at restaurants took so long to get even a drink order, even if that, we got up and left. What food that was there was ok. Nothing to write home about. Staff is NOT the most pleasant. We won’t be returning.

Staff was very nice. Buffet was terrible and you must have a reservation to dine at their restaurants, which are hard to obtain. We tried to make reservations for the week on our first night and told there was none available even though we were there during slow season. They do make 3 reservations for you prior to check-in, but you’re not able to change the time to accommodate your excursions. First night our shower drain was clogged and flooded our entire room. Later during our stay the key would not unlock our door we had to make 3 back and forth trips to the reception with our bags. Drinks at the bar were also pretty bad. The staff was very nice and they did a great job cleaning up the seaweed on the beach each morning.

It was a very nice property. For the price the food and liquor were ok. The staff were very friendly and polite they made me feel very welcoming upon arrival. Even though I paid for 2 people 1 person was not able to go. I think that the lunch area above the pool the staff didn’t look so motivated or aware of type of liquor to offer. Will go back.

Very difficult to get dinner reservations. Air conditioning in room was broken snd leaked onto the floor fir days. On the 3rd floor and no elevator, broken all week. Limited english speaking staff to explain the issues. On the positive side the beach and that area was beautiful snd it was very safe. Hawkers on the beach not too bad.
