The supposedly newly renovated room had mold everywhere (bathroom, walls, curtains covered), the food was average, the pool was a good time except when towels were not available, some very great staff, but others were just plain miserable, and no one spoke English.

The Hotel installations are very good and nice. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable. Ricardo Sanchez was very helpful and friendly, and always checked if we needed something. The bad thing is the availability of the hotel to have drinks available, Open bars, and tower availability.
