The food was inedible for the most part and gave me food poisoning. Would recommend Riu Palace or another place for your money. Room smelled like mildew and bottled water was inaccessable.

The resort was exactly what we thought it was based on previously seen reviews. Was perfect for our group of college guys on spring break. The beach, pool, and drinks were great which was all we needed. Food was pretty rough and service was subpar. The room wasn’t terrible but definitely older and limited. All in all we had a great few days but that was definitely attributed to our low standards and lack of sober moments.

The hotel is nice but needs an urgent upgrade in its rooms. The suite I got the air conditioner didn't work from day one. I went to the service counter to report it every day I was there, and it wasn't until the night before my departure that they changed my room. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired, you have to be calling to ask for towels and the water did not go down and it remains stagnant on the shower floor. The casino is a disaster, they only have about 10 very old slots and of them only 6 worked. After 9:30pm there was no activity in the lobby except for the daily shows and after that it was going to sleep because there was nothing to do. Employees are what make your stay better. I give it 2 out of 5 stars. Its sad because the place is beautiful.

By far the worst resort I have stayed at, the food was terrible at the buffet and no better at the restaurants. The first room they gave us was dirty, the second room the toilet, phone and lights didn’t work, we the ‘upgraded’ and it was the same exact room. The front lobby and front of property smells like sewage. All of the rooms smell like fish and fried food since they are above the buffet. They state they have room service, however they don’t answer the phone. They never restocked the mini fridge. The pictures online are nothing like the resort, it is old, run down, dirty, and I can’t emphasize enough how bad the food is. If you’re thinking about booking here DON’T!

The only reason this wasnt a 1-star rating across the board was out of interactions with a large number of staff over a 10-day period, only 3 were professional and courteous. Second, access to the beach was steps away from my room.

Very dirty, not cleaned room, toilet not working, key door card not working x 4 ; no help from front desk at all- not understanding a word of English- rude and unprofessional; balcony door not working, smelled all night as room is right above the Buffet dining room- very bad smell; no hot water at all; no towels and napkins in the room at all- did not provide for 24 hours- as if the room was not cleaned or prepared after last guest; very limited vegetarian options. Will not recommend at all to other guests- waste of money and time- absolutely NO

El hotel es demasiado bonito, la playa muy linda también, la comida estuvo rica pero el personal del hotel es terrible, tanto las meseras como las que atienden el bar, muy mala la atención por parte de ellos, demasiado groseros
