My stay at Nickelodeon Punta Cana was extremely disappointing. The private pool was dirty, and the food was absolutely disgusting — bland, low quality, and in some cases barely edible. The reservation app is useless, making it frustrating to book anything. Beach service was slow, there were far too few staff for such a large resort, and the character activities were minimal and underwhelming. The rooms dont look as nice as in the pictures, and the Minibars you have to beg almos for them to refill the fridge. For the price, this was a huge letdown. I do not recommend this resort to anyone.

Overall good trip, but I think that they do need to have shuttle bus from the airport to the resort and from the resort. Also, the staff needs to be more attentive and takes them a few minutes before they come to your table to ask you what you want to drink and when you tell them it takes a few to receive your drinks. This was in the majority of the restaurants at the rest. The property is clean and you can see the they are doing some upgrades. They also need to do better with the golf court service that takes you to and from the water park. They told us it runs every five minutes this was not true because we waited for about 15 to 20 minutes and no golf cutter so ended it walking over there.

I didn't like the stay I will definitely not return staff needs better hospitality. Everything I was supposed to get with my package was a lie. My room was standard and dirty. Better food choices. My account was hacked while I stayed they by one of the apps they make you download 😒. I will not recommend this place

It’s our second stayed at Nickelodeon and the hotel never disappoints. It was again a nice experience. If you young kids it’s a definitely the best hotel for vacation.

We spent 5 days here overall not work the money we paid for. Food wasn’t the best. The only good think is the staff service.

Food was above expectations, a lot better than I experienced for an all inclusive. There was no entertainment for kids, there was a schedule but activities were ofthen cancel or delay, we schedule the paid breakfast and dinner with characters ($100 adult, $75 kids) and the show fell very short, made the mistake of scheduling on a Sunday were they were very understaff, we couldn’t get drinks. I use the valet parking for my rental car and when I get to the location to return I notice the car a 4 feet long yellow scratch that I had to pay extra $500 at the rental location. Nick place is their baby sitting area but they take your kid from 10-12mid-day and then again from 2-4pm because from 12-2 they take a brake and parents need to be there to watch their own kids inside the club? This is very inconvenient because this place is located 20 minutes away from the beach rooms and is not worthy! They need an 2 hour brake after watching kids for two hours?? Any other all inclusive you can live your kids for 4-6 hours and it’s ok, in Jamaica they take them for the whole day to dance, to perform at the stage every day before the adult shows etc. Employees were friendly but not that friendly, like force friendly. To summarize; Nickelodeon should be a kids place, any other all inclusive offers double entertainment, after 3 days eating drinking and pool gets boring, need to step up, also resort on the older side witch is ok but needs some TLC things broken everywhere you go!

This was our first all-inclusive experience and it was a great one. The resort had so much stuff to do and keep us occupied for full 3 days. Everything from the room with access to private pool, the infinity pool, beach and kids water park were clean and enjoyable. The staff was really great and always there to help us with anything we wanted. We did not explored any restaurants requiring reservations but the buffet options were good enough to keep us full for all the meals.

I went with my family for the first time to this place. We had a great time. The food was great. The rooms are very clean. Definitely I will come back next year.

I spent 4 days at the nickelodeon resort with my kids and was not very impressed. The staff was so rude and unhelpful, everytime I would ask for help it would be given so arrogantly. I would not recommend, especially if you're traveling with a child who is disabled. The staff at the explorers table didn't want me taking food outside the restaurant to feed my child and instead the I think manager decided to give a show and tell me its not allowed and give me a hard time. never again coming here.

It is perfect for kids, the food at the pools are limited. The staff are excellent. The buffet area always smells like fish. No real orange juice.
