Water was not working, my children was not able to take a shower, then only freezing cold water available (no hot water) my kids got sick. Very limited food, have to make reservations but it was always booked. Could not even utilize being “all inclusive” then the door lock would not turn, could not close the door without jamming/kicking it in. Tried to talk to concierge but said property was full occupancy so could not move us to new room.

My stay at nickelodeon was amazing when I think about the food, activities and almost anything. EXCEPT for the prestige travelers thing, its a ponzi/phishing scheme so try to avoid any talk or something about that. Just say you have stomach ache or something because they will try to sell you a timeshare ponzi thing and ruin your vacations. Everything except that was perfect!

definitely over hyped. Food was horrible and you need to make a reservation to eat at any of restaurants and they were always fully booked. I truly didn’t enjoy my time there.

First Impressions are Everything and this Experience did Not Live up to the Expectations I Expected. There Was No Running/Hot Water for My Entire Stay and No One Tried to accommodate Us for the inconvenience. How do You Not Have the Basics & No Communication Sent out to Those Staying at the Resort? I Probably Would Have Been Ok W/ The Situation Had the Property/Staff Communicated The Issue. Instead I Got Rude Staff and Constantly Hung Up On When I Called. Overall it was a 2 out of 5 Experience. I Wouldn’t Recommend to anyone because I Know there are Better places to Visit For the Kiddos. I’ll Be contacting Corporate about my experience as Well.

Great service over all at the resort, starting from check In with Daniel. Everything was also scheduled for us by our concierge Rafael making it very easy to book what we wanted to do during our stay. Everything was clean and well kept our kids had a blast at the pool, beach and water park. Access on the resort is fairly easy to get around. I do wish they had a buffet at the beach. They did have fresco close by and some pop up meals at the pool. Carmen and Orlando we great for keeping our drink cups full at the beach. Overall we would recommend it and will be visiting again.

This resort is a perfect 10 Before I left for this trip, I was a little concerned due to some of the reviews. Especially with the service levels & food quality. But that is so far from the truth. The service was incredible & everyone was extremely friendly. The regular buffet food is okay, but they have live cooking stations in the buffets with all sorts of meat and seafood. That’s what I ate everyday and it was amazing. There are a couple things that could be easily fixed here, such as adding more chairs/umbrellas to the beach & waterpark, but I never had an issue finding a spot in the shade. We ate at Space walker & it was very good! The steak was great, but make sure you ask for a double portion. & the sweetery is unbelievable! So good! The Karisma app was great, it let you know where various activities and character pop-ups would be. We met all the characters we wanted to. The resort is a perfect size, everything is in walking distance. Please don’t believe the negative reviews. If you have kids, this is the place you want to be!

The reviews are true! The service is terrible! The phrase I heard the most was “we’re out.” On Saturday, before leaving, the water went out at the hotel, and no one in my family could take a shower! Don’t waste your money on this place.

Their marketing is doing a great job promoting the hotel. We stayed there during peak spring break with a group of 10 families and over 20 kids ranging from ages 3 to 15. While this is not a 5-star hotel, it was decent. The food was acceptable for an all-inclusive resort; it wasn’t fine dining, but there were no major complaints. However, I did become violently ill for about 6 hours after being served an old piña colada (which had no alcohol). Aside from that, the hotel was okay. Honestly, the biggest issue was the lack of activities and entertainment. It was lights out at 10 PM, no exceptions. Luckily, our large group made our own fun. We definitely wouldn’t return, though. Kids over 8 years old would be too old for this resort, as there was very little entertainment for them. Most nights, they showed cartoons in the theater, with no real shows. On the rare nights they did have a show, it would usually start right around dinner time, and there was no late-night second show like at most other resorts. Overall, I would rate it a 6/10. Also want to add that that staff were great - PLEASE TIP! They work hard!

I spoke to many employees and everyone gives you the run around. I planned a banner and cupcakes for my son bday . Was told it would come 11-5 I called 3 times through out the day to make sure it was still coming . Never came and everyone acted like I didn’t speak to 3 people . When we arrived nothing was in our room fridge , we had to call for it to be stocked . Our room was a horrific experience

loved the pool was by the ocean. the biggest issue was lack of shade both by the pool and on the beach. seems like a fixable issue - just add more umbrellas. otherwise our stay was great. lots of room at the pool and waterpark. food was good, loved the seafood options.

I wasn't told specific things related to my stay when I checked in and things took a while to figure out. Also, if you don't book an excursion through the resort, they won't let your excursion driver in the gate. The property was nice but a bit dingy and in need of a paint job or refresh.
