This is a great place. People are super friendly and the breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are decent. Look it’s not a luxury resort but it’s clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is great. You can actually walk around town here which is pretty cool.

The best part of our stay was Rosa and Jesus at the front desk. Remember hours are limited and they stay very busy so be patient. But they really went out of their way to help these gringos. The property is older, we lost water a few times and the construction next door is what it is. The cleaning crew do a great job. I think the property as a whole was what we were expecting. Listen it’s the Caribbean and things get rusty and worn out. So don’t think you won’t see imperfections. The property overall is safe! Our issues were expectations of washer/dryer in the condo or at least on the property and there wasn’t any. There is a laundry mat 10 min away but who wants to spend vacation in a laundry mat? Even worse was the service and attitude at the beach villa. You can tell as a foreigner you will go last and I will bring this up to management. They give you breakfast vouchers yes….but poorly managed. Buttttttt there is one employee that was absolutely THE BEST! His name is Jay and runs around and gets things done!!!!!! You could go sit at beach order everything and bam it’s there pronto. Whereas if you sat inside the restaurant you might get it tomorrow. So overall some good and some bad but tourists have options and spend a lot of money.

I like the location of the hotel. It’s close the beach and to shops. They were prompt picking us from and to the airport. We stayed for 4 days and they never came to clean or pick up trash. The first night they wanted to clean the room at 4;30 pm! Who does that? They need to do better with the staff in keeping up with room. Floor was full of sand .
