Love this hotel. This is my second stay and the staff it’s amazing. Had an amazing time from the time I arrived to the time I left. Alexander was my personal butler and was great also Josue at the beach. Thank you for the amazing service and making my stay/birthday exceptional. Will definitely come back again. The room was nice and clean we had a great view to the ocean at the Viento Room. Great food and always a welcoming staff.

We stayed here from December 13 to December 20 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the resort is generally quiet and well maintained, but the overall service did not meet expectations. Check in was disappointing. We arrived after sunset and were given a map and pointed to a building without any help finding our room. It took about 15 minutes to locate it, which was not a great first impression for a resort of this level. We had booked two rooms of the same type and requested months in advance to have them next to each other. Despite reminders, we never received a response and were placed on the same floor but not next to each other. Requests were often treated as favors rather than normal accommodations. Room service and transportation were inconsistent, with delays and missed requests. Bar service was also hit or miss, with drinks often tasting watered down. At the pool bar, we experienced unprofessional behavior where staff spoke in Spanish and laughed about guests when they realized we did not speak the language, which made us uncomfortable and was reported to Guest Relations. We were not expecting special treatment for our anniversary, just a simple acknowledgment. Aside from a bottle of wine with no note, there was no recognition. Overall, the property has potential, but service quality, staff training, and communication need improvement to match the resort’s branding.

The staff from arrival to departure went above and beyond could not have asked for better service from the wait staff at the restaurants to the bartenders, housekeeping, room service and last but not least our butler Pedro absolutely a 5 star plus experience. Look forward to many more stays thank you live aqua for everything you did to make this stay amazing

I would have given this hotel five stars if I hadn’t previously stayed at Live Aqua Cancún. This property would greatly benefit from stronger customer service training and more attention to detail. The amenities are very good, the restaurants are excellent, and the staff did everything possible to make our stay memorable. The pool would have been amazing if it had been heated; there’s a difference between cold water and freezing water. The food was excellent, and overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.
