I loved live aqua, once I checked in and told the front desk I was there for my boyfriends birthday they upgraded us, that was cool, they even decorated with some balloons for him, the service was amazing, the food was ridiculously good which is hard to find in all inclusive resorts. The spa was incredible, they have a hydrotherapy pool that was amazing. I fell in love with this resort and everything it offered. We will definitely be back! Thank you to the staff.

I loved the property and our butler, Yrani. Even if we didn’t need anything she still checked on us at breakfast in the morning

The food could have been more better. More season! The breakfast was the only good meal. The meat was overcooked and not seasoned at all! So that’s the only thing that needs to be worked on. People come to the resorts to try the different foods from different countries, that’s a big plus for Americans! But the staff and service were great!

Live Aqua was a wonderful stay! The staff were all fun and professional. Unlike other resorts we stayed at the staff here never bothered us to buy time shares or other amenities. They promoted the spa to us one time and once we said no they didn’t try and pressure us or anything. The food at the buffet and restaurants were good and the drinks tasted good also. The pool was on the smaller side but the poor bar has tables in the pool and was large and even covered by shade. The beach was gorgeous. Our room was clean, shower had good water pressure and the cleaning crew was excellent. Overall I’d highly recommend.
