This hotel is amazing!!! The design concept of the option to sit, lay or play anywhere and still feel apart of the resort is phenomenal. The hotel is beautiful with so many food options you can’t go hungry. Drinks??? A little weak but it’s a vacation so hey! The only downside was the seaweed at the beach. It was so much I never went into the water. However, the beach area and games were great! Staff was the absolute best! Cheers to Hyatt Zalaria and thank you for making me & my husbands stay an experience to remember.

I had travel for leisure and it was relaxing, exceptional service, amazing food with multiple options and as much alcohol as you may like. Plenty of activities and entertainment throughout the day. I stayed for 6 days and there was never a dull moment with Hyatt Zilara. We had an amazing time. When we needed a taxi, the concierge provided it to us in a timely manner. Ensured that we had an opportunity to visit popular excursions and ensured our safety every time we left the hotel. Definitely recommending.

Beautiful property and very friendly staff. The music at the pool is annoying. Too much upselling of services - felt badgered constantly. Not very relaxing because of those two things.

This is an amazing property. Absolutely 5 star service, food is great and a perfect secluded area of CapCana, which is only 15 min from Punta Cana Airport. We travel quite a bit and this is by far our favorite.

The hotel is very nice and the customer service is second to none. The only reason I am not giving a five is because The Larimar Spa is a 1 star. It is beautiful, but they are obsessed with noise levels, even when you are at the pool. They follow you everywhere and they have rules for everything. You are basically being scolded like children all the time.
