Room was super clean, staff were always friendly and helpful. Very accommodating with food allergies. Beautiful beach and pools. Love the option of an adult only pool. Would definitely stay again!

The resort was good overall, but the people weren’t overly friendly. It’s a huge resort so navigation could be tricky! Also food was average for resort food!

First Day and Night AC broken in all the common areas Lobby, Restaurant, shops Bars, everywhere. Signature Restaurant Toro, closed for repairs, we were assured a Reservation, found out it was closed after we showed up. Theater where they do the shows closed for repairs. Queen show posted at 10pm started at 9 missed it. AC in our room broke down twice took 2-3 hours each time to show up, room was an oven and we had early flight next day. They also did not honor the 50$ SPA credit given by Expedia. At the end of my stay the merely offered a room upgrade the next time I stay. Simply Un acceptable for a property charging $600 a night. They did not clean the room one of the days, and the Mini Bar was not re-stocked 2 days.

Doesn’t live up to the hype I have been treated better at cheaper hotels, their main goal is to sell memberships once they find out you’re not interested you don’t count anymore

This place was horrible. Everywhere you go food is barely edible, kids wouldn’t even eat. Check in was horrible. Expedia didn’t add my Kids into the reservation with the ‘kids stay free’ promo so I had to PAY $1800 for them when I got here. I have had nothing but problems and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
