Very large room and a bathroom that was set up in a clever way for multiple people to use it at the same time. Lots of pools. Neat little details like popsicle stations and cocktail food trucks in various locations. Great waterpark. Free golf cart "trains" driving around the resort on fixed routes, picking up and dropping off guests.

We recently went to this hotel. It's beautiful! The amenities, pools were great! Massage Spa experience was the best! Family oriented, They have a kids place to drop them off of all female staff. Food was average at the Market place, the rest of the restaurants/food trucks was delicious. My family and are already thinking of planning our next trip here!

One of the worst resort experiences I’ve ever had. Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana is dishonest, disorganized, and does not care about guests. I booked through Expedia based on an offer advertising a daily spa credit. This turned out to be false. It was not a credit, only a discount, and the hotel refused to honor what was advertised or offer any resolution. At check-in, despite booking a king-size bed with a sleeper sofa, we were told we had a double-bed room. Staff acted surprised and tried to push a worse room. After arguing, we got a king bed, but the attempted downgrade was obvious. We were then assigned a “concierge” who promised VIP perks and excursions, only to lure us into a pushy sales pitch for a paid VIP program. Total scam and waste of vacation time. The room was unacceptable. It was not ready, the sleeper sofa had no sheets for hours, the safe didn’t work, and there was no hot water for two days. Calls for help went nowhere, and we were even hung up on. and room service didn’t show up for two days. No manager was available, and the only solution offered was moving us far from all amenities. Staff were rude and dismissive. Basic questions required going to multiple desks, each saying it wasn’t their job. The resort is massive, inconvenient, coffee is terrible, transportation is slow, and even the main pool was ruined by burger truck fumes. No refund, no credit, no apology. I will never return and strongly warn others to avoid this resort

Everything was ok. But the staff me recibieron like a queen pero era que me querían vender un plan de vacaciones e insistieron tanto que me sentía perseguida y yo estaba de VACACIONES, no quería citas ni agendas. Cuando les dije que no estaba interesada en sus planes de vacaciones . La persona que supuestamente me pusieron para asistirme con preguntas acerca del resort hasta me bloqueó.

Front desk Angel was horrible customer service and rude. Concierge Rebecca and other manager unfortunately didn’t get his name were wonderful and actually rectified the problem with our room situation. Language barrier not alot of staff speak or understand english, also food buffet are luke warm to warm not hot. Possibly suggest a microwave or better warmers. Decent property needs some upgrading. Drivers on carts were extremely friendly and willing to help.

The sales people pushed hard to get us to buy a time share. We said no and they just kept pushing which was a turn off. The resort was too big for our liking. We love the hard rock but this place was just too big for us. Not to mention the timeshare people.
