Nice property. The one complaint I have is the $200 dollars credit they advertised in the app. I went to the hair salon to use the credit and if I want to used it they will raise the price of a haircut plus the percentage you will have to pay. So is really not a credit is just false advertisement!

The hotel has many pools but is a bit disorganized

My arrival at the hotel was terrible during check-in. The reservation hadn't been paid before my arrival because the hotel itself didn't made the payment before I come as scheduled. I had a lot of difficulty and a long time to finally make the payment because my bank in Texas blocked the payment, thinking it was a scam, even after I had notified the bank that I would arrive at this hotel and make the payment on the scheduled date. This left me stressed; I had to call my bank many times. All I wanted was to see my paid reservation before I arrived at this hotel precisely to avoid this hassle, but I don't understand why the hotel didn't notify me that they didn't made the payment, and I wasn't informed of anything by either the hotel or my bank. An unpleasant experience. The hotel was overcrowded, leaving the pools packed with people and barely any beach chairs to sit on. The restaurants were packed, and some even closed early before 10:00 pm. I think the hotel a bit disorganized with guests, and the staff were unfriendly and the reception was very slow.

This is not what I was expecting especially after spending 11,000! The food is TERRIBLE! Barely edible they didn’t clean my room 3 days in a row until I complained ! I won’t be back and I won’t recommend

During our recent family visit to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, we had a very good experience, making it a standout destination. The property captures the iconic rock-and-roll theme with bold décor, lively music, and a vibrant atmosphere that keeps the experience exciting from check-in to check-out. One of the strongest features of the property is its diverse and high-quality dining options. We could choose from a variety of restaurants with great consistency in food quality, presentation, and flavor. Even the buffet and quick-stop cafés are maintained at a high standard, with fresh selections, well-stocked stations, and clean environments — not always a given at large resorts. The customer service is consistently excellent. Employees are friendly and genuinely focused on making each guest feel welcomed. The hotel offers a vibrant and well-rounded lineup of activities and entertainment to suit all types of guests. The kids loved the water park and the resort-style pools, where we could enjoy daytime events. Retail shops, bars, and lounges round out the experience, making it easy to stay entertained and engaged without ever leaving the property. The guest rooms are clean, spacious, and offer comfortable beds, but some elements — particularly the bathrooms and showers — are showing signs of age. Showers are functional but lack modern features and could benefit from a remodel. Overall, the hotel delivers an exciting, well-rounded resort experience.

Estuve una semana en el resort y, lamentablemente el servicio al cliente es pésimo: la mayoría de los empleados parecen no tener entrenamiento alguno para brindar una atención básica. No te miran a la cara al responder, rara vez pasan por la mesa a ver si necesitas algo, y en varias ocasiones tuve que levantarme yo mismo a pedir agua o cubiertos. Durante todos los desayunos, jamás me ofrecieron una cuchara para revolver el café; terminé usando el cuchillo todos los días, y aunque los meseros lo notaban, nunca lo solucionaron. La comida es muy regular: carnes, pescados y pollos resecos. Los jugos y tragos, totalmente aguados. La falta de mantenimiento es evidente por todo el resort. En nuestra habitación había una gotera, la puerta del balcón no cerraba bien y entraba el calor, la tablet del cuarto nunca funsiono. Después de las 7 pm no hay suficientes carritos de transporte. La piscina estaba sucia, varios toboganes del parque acuático estaban cerrados, y el piso del restaurante Panema era tan resbaloso que daba miedo pararse, el aire acondicionadono funsionaba. Se lo mencioné al encargado y me dijo que “eso siempre ha sido así”. Inaceptable! Los precios de las tiendas dentro del resort son exageradamente altos. Eso sí lo tienen bien controlado. Lo positivo fue poder disfrutar de la naturaleza del lugar que es hermosa, varias otras piscinas, los postres, las bicicletas y actividades como el laser tag y el escape room.

The property is beautiful but huge. The wait time for the trolleys is longer at times. The kid pools/waterpark close at 6p. We arrived on Tue and could only get dinner reservation for Zen for Weds. Never got to eat at Toro. TeKe TeKe was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. Spa is beautiful and massages were amazing. We left on Friday and property got packed. They ran out of clean pool towels everyday. The casino and club were fun. We have seen better shows. They were just ok. Bugs tore us up. Overall, kids had a great time, it was their 1st all-inclusive experience.
