Customer service is very poor. The staff are untrained and helpless when you approach them. Food amenities are the same; not much variety day after day. The rooms are not decorated upon arrival. Room service is not what is described. Food never arrives, and if it does, an hour later. Overall, not a good hotel to stay.

When we arrived the room was not clean correctly the mattress was not clean when we lay down after walking and looking around the property and after we took a shower we find out that the one side of the matress was full of urine and we had to sleep on a sofa bed

This is the second time we go to this resort and it did not disappoint us the most of the time, The place is beautiful,clean the room was awesome, the food amazing but the most important of all is the staff, Your staff is amazing, always making sure that we were taken care of, and your security staff just awesome. I only have an observation, the very first night I had a call regarding an welcome breakfast the next day which apparently is for the guests leaving in the USA, I was offered this and some Spa treatment or $100 dollars towards the Rock shop, I could not go on the next day so that I was advised to go the day after which I was there with my family as we got up earlier to be there on time for 8:00 am, well we airhead there for 15 minutes because poner the staff finding out I leave in DR they completely lost their interest on us, it was that representative which I forgot his name, really don’t care about this offer however i’m on vacation I I understand they work on sale and commission however they should not cherry pick on people, to start with I told them I leave in DR however I work abroad and that’s why I have an US address. Apart from that me and my family are very happy with our experience in the resort and definitely will come back.

This property has went from great to average. With the facility being under new management it has went down hill. I stayed at this facility in two other occasions and it was remarkable. I came back expecting the same thing and was very surprised to say the least. Not to mention it was my honeymoon. They had a restaurant and theater closed. This is prime time season. Housekeeping/bar keep left my door open. Air conditioner and lights went out in room and the repair person took over an hour to show up. They had to reboot the system from the room. The casino host, drink girls would not assist you unless you had a player’s card nor would the cashier cash your ticket without a players card. This experience was definitely not what I was expecting to say the least once again. I can say one thing that they made special was the private dinner they provided to us was nice. Other than that the experience was not great.

Overall was not a good experience, to much to even type. From the start as soon as we got there you feel uncomfortable being watched like hawks by all the worker. Have stupid rules about lost keys. Security guards everywhere which is fine for safety but not to make you feel uncomfortable by watching every move you make and in the casino starring you down and hawking you as if you are some kind of criminal. The food was absolutely terrible. The rooms were dirty at check in. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, feels more as if you are in prison then relaxing. Bartenders would give drinks without alcohol and if you said hey there’s no alcohol they would reply back oh it’s an all inclusive which would not make any sense. Asked for a room tech multiple times to fix issues, had to wait hours till someone came to fix the AC and bring me a tv remote. Towels were all dirty in the rooms and by the pools, need to better clean them. Like I said not the best experience or vacation I’ve had.
