The place was spotless inside and out, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was truly amazing, and I had such a wonderful time. If I could change one thing, it would be the food it was a bit on the salty side and made me feel a little sick. But other than that, everything was perfect. While we were there, my mother had a medical emergency and had to be taken to the hospital. The staff at the clinic were beyond amazing caring, patient, and professional. The taxi driver who took them stayed with her the entire five hours, which truly touched my heart. I didn’t catch the lady’s name at the clinic or the taxi driver’s, but I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for the kindness and support they showed us during such a scary moment. You all went above and beyond, and I’ll never forget it. ❤️ I will be visiting again.

If the staff treated us a little better and the pools were cleaned more often, I’ll give it 5 stars. I enjoyed my stay with my family, just would’ve appreciated more hospitality.

I would not go back. Not worth the money. In an all inclusive you end up paying for most e wry thing you want. For example a Piña colada $10 dollars. Why?, the alcoholic drinks for example ask for a shot of Deward at the pool they say they ran out. The mini bar at the room was supposed to be stocked with beers, there wasn’t any and we called to get stock and they never showed the night we called. We called again in the morning did not showed either. When they finally showed the guy told me they had ran out of beers and that was the reason why they did not showed. Go figured ran out of beer. WOW!! Not a good stay for the money paid.

Loved this hotel - beautiful room and property. Great food, nice staff, lots of stuff for kids. Only downside was our balcony wasn't covered so it was wet most mornings. But overall was great!

El check in tardamos 40 minutos en fila , La transportación interna. ( espere por un trolly 10 minutos) las almohadas duras, la comida de los bufet estaba tibia en algunos alimentos fríos y crudos
