Checkin and check out was great, Andre checked us in and did great. We went the a VIP breakfast that they invited us to which turned out to be a sales pitch, which we were not interested in. When we repeatedly told the sales person we weren’t interested and didn’t have a the budget for a timeshare we were asked to leave before we even got to eat the breakfast we were invited. This sales presentation experience would prevent me from staying here again.

The staff was so nice here. The entertainment group was amazing. Always lots of fun things to do and the activities staff were fun and interactive. Mario at the baggage area was a lot of help and so friendly. A X-ray working the desk for Expedia was wonderful! Thanks for some great memories!!
