The staff and activities planned were excellent. I had a lot of fun with the pool activities and the staff was nice and welcoming. There were many food options and speciality restaurants, but I did not really enjoy the food. When you go to the specialty restaurant they should explain how you can pick from the menu because it’s confusing. My room had ants inside and the patio was covered in ants. The family suite for 5 people was very small and they kept only giving us 4 towels for 5 people even though I specifically asked for 5. One day we didn’t even get clean towels. The shampoo dispenser did not work. Kids should not be allowed to take their own food at the buffet as I saw a boy lick a spoon and stopped him from putting it back in the food. Most of the staff did not speak English, so it was difficult to communicate. At the water park I accidentally inhaled water when I landed in the pool part and could not catch my breath. The lifeguard just stared at me. My 11 year old daughter began hitting my back and trying to help me.

My experience was terrible all the reviews are fake or they just are deleted the bad ones, the beach was horrible, the rooms, the hotel itself is old a lot of bugs. I entered on the 19 and left the hotel on the 20, vacation can be for my family in this place. I hope I can prevent other families to get into this mess place.

Room did was not in good condition. Shower ceiling was leaking a bit their was not hooks in the bathroom for towels or clothes to dry off. Or to grab after the shower. The food choices and quality was poor. Something simple as the rice was not cooked well and was almost like a pudding. The staff was very helpful around the resort and made us feel welcome. The front desk wanted to come to the room to fix the issue but in a honesty. If they make us wait till 3 pm for check in and hand us the room the room should not have a issue plus the safe box was not bolted down to prevent someone walking away with our valuables after them entering. Would i recommend this place just for the water park and staff no pick somewhere else. Money is hard earned and we needed to relax and forget a bit.

Room cleanliness was poor, room AC was not cold, food was mediocre all meats were dry and not edible. Alcohol was watered down, rum at pool bar was like drinking gasoline.

This resort is definitely not 5 stars but we still enjoyed it. Tip employees well and they will treat you very nice. Food is ok just like most all inclusive resorts. This property is renovated. The rooms are very nice until the air conditioner kicks in and you smell the mould of old vents. My bed smelled of body odor and they changed mattress topper and you can still smell it. Palm tree blocked beach view. There was no beach because of a seaweed. All exclusive means you will get water down drinks and a few areas that are open for food, the bar on the beach with the burgers, the guy there will not make eye contact and if you ask him when the food will be ready he keeps saying 30 minutes. The all you can eat buffet is disgusting, they do not change out the food and it sits there with flies and it is stale, and the seafood is not in ice. A bunch of tasteless pasta, and burnt pizza. If you want to book the restaurants on site, you have to see concierge service, which is one tiny boot that is air conditioned, and staffed with one person. Why is you wait in the hot sun outside. The pools were packed with nowhere to sit and kids and adults for everywhere since it is all inclusive, not a quiet, relaxing environment. This place is great for families. There is nowhere close by the resort to go and eat so you are stuck with the food given here. The staff was not friendly at all. Daniel at the Customer Service was very helpful because we checked out in a couple of hours and could not stay there. The waterpark was extremely old and not close by the hotel. You could see it as you drive in. It is a massive resort and all you do is walk a lot.

A quien corresponda, Quiero expresar mi profunda indignación y decepción por la experiencia vivida durante mi estadía en Grand Sirenis Punta Cana, del 10 al 15 de julio de 2025. Desde el primer día me sentí insegura. Una persona del área del maletero fue irrespetuosa, y un salvavidas se dirigió a un niño autista con las palabras “grande y pende…”, una falta total de respeto y humanidad. Durante la estadía, los empleados se comportaron de manera “fresca” (impropia), hacían comentarios inapropiados, incluso observaban a menores con morbo. En los restaurantes, especialmente el de carnes e italiano, fueron groseros, y aunque teníamos citas, al llegar nos informaron que ya estaban cerrados o sin disponibilidad. Se hicieron múltiples quejas al personal y a gerencia, pero no hubo acción ni solución alguna. En general, la experiencia fue pésima, desagradable y nada segura. Solicito que se tomen cartas en el asunto y se investigue este caso. Los turistas merecen respeto, seguridad y un trato digno.
