This was a superb experience indeed. The property staff are polite, courteous and very helpful. Mr Edwin who checked me into the property when I arrived is an excellent host, and kind and very respectful young man. He made many worthy suggestions for where to eat and places to visit and events to attend on the property. The facility is clean, beautiful and safe. Sweet memories for me.

Edwin was excellent with us. He looked after us throughout the whole stay at Grand Palladium. He also kept his promise to do something special for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Our room cleaning was the best. Jose Luis took such good care of us. He really went above and beyond. Edwin checked on us everyday and was so helpful for all our needs. The beach access was beautiful.

There was a roach in our bathroom. We notified staff and they came to the room and saw the roach too. They said that they were going to exterminate the room. The very next day we saw another roach in the room. I have pictures. Also the vanity kit in the bathroom was all molded when I when to use it. I didn’t even bother notifying staff because it didn’t want me complaining to ruin my trip. Nevertheless, Staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

The property eas great, beach nice. I would improve both access to lounge chairs and have staff patrol this (people take more than their share of spots and dont use). I would like to particularly comend the service provided by our concierge, Edwin Simon, assigned to us upon arrival. Edwin was extremely attentive to pur needs and overall experience, very helpful and a great peraon all around. An exemplary employee and steward of your hotel! Promote this gentleman!

Restaurants were amazing, we had many issues with housekeeping and the condition of the room. Towels were not replaced and when we checked in there was sand underneath the blanket. We asked for new sheets and towels but it took a long time to replace and had to call several times.
