Por favaor revisar la habitacion que todo funcione antes de entregarla. El teléfono no funcionaba, tenia que ir a recepción cuando necesitaba o pasaba algo. Se le olvidaban reponer las cosas, justo en mi habiatacion no habia paraguas y pregunté si me facilitaban uno en repeción y me responden en mi habitación hay. Les falta mas atención a los detalles y al turista. Cuando iba a comer tenia que andar buscando alguien para que me diera un té o una bebida. Dicen que tienen variedad de restaurants, pero nunca habia reserva o algunos estaban cerrados.

All in all I loved the resort. The staff, the food options, the pools, beach, and cleanliness. Everything I was looking for. I just wish the wifi was better and they had more activities. Over all such a great experience, and I will be back!!

Overall, it wasn’t terrible but not the best. Room was dirty and sink was clogged when we arrived. It took extra tipping to get it right. Food at the restaurants was not good and people weren’t the friendliest. Buffet was better. We went with a group of 11, so we had a great time. The beach was absolutely beautiful!

Grand Bavaro Princess exceeded my expectations. The beach is gorgeous with fantastic swimming, the restaurant choices were amazing and all the staff I came across were so friendly - especially the guys at the Platinum Beach Bar. See you next year!

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The property is very well manicured and beautifully kept. The restaurant options are great, although we didn’t get to all of them. The beach area is huge and also very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and very nice, couple small cosmetic items in the room, but nothing major. Pros- probably the largest beach area for the resorts on Bavaro. The property is gorgeous and well-maintained. The restaurants and the staff were great. Guest services was very responsive and helpful. We had a couple incidents like getting locked out of the safe and our second room flooded one night from the rain. Guest services had someone out to our room within 10 minutes assisting and taking care of our problem. The main pool area was a lot of fun and clean. Cons- myself and my daughter got sick from the hamburger and hot dog food truck. There’s a lingering smell of sulfur around the property. But I have heard this about other resorts in Punta Cana as well. How are you? We’re going. Traveling to a different country and understanding you are not in your hometown. There will always be minor imperfections. Overall, we really did love our stay and we thought a Grand Bavaro Princess was a great resort

Beautiful property with excellent beach access. Very friendly staff. Food and drinks were average. The reservation system is inconvenient, and the restaurants that require reservations aren’t anything special. The buffet was probably the best dining option. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Mildew smelling room, our room was also full of mosquitoes, the cappuccino Cafe staff was terrible, pool by the beach was dirty. We had the feeling that all the start was expecting a tip in case they will do something for us. I would never go back to this hotel and I'll make sure my friends don't go either.
