The food at every restaurant and the buffet area food was alway cold although it was supposed to be hot caused me and my husband to get food poisoning. We were sick in the bed for 2 days of our trip. Which is very disappointing

I really enjoyed my stay here, however for a "luxury" resort it wasn't that luxurious. The food was honestly a hit or miss but for the most part it was a miss. The staff expected tips and often times were in poor moods. The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms smelled of mildew. The resort itself is very beautiful, but the luxury aspect for me just wasn't there. I'd give my overall experience a 6 or 7 out of 10.

We had a beach front roof. View was great and room looked good, but there was a very strong odor of mold in the room. The room was very humid. It was difficult to keep our clothes dry. We tried to see if a room next to ours was any different but it wasn’t. The smell of mold was very strong and I was concerned for our health. I don’t know if the property experienced flooding previously. I don’t think the staff can do anything about. They were all very great and did their best. I believe this would have to be addressed by the owners

The FINESt resort was the perfect vacation stay! Add the excellence adults-only package. Ask for Karen, and she will make sure you get great dinner reservations! My 6 year old son forced me to give 5 stars because he loved the resort so much. :) It is a great property and staffs were very nice and helpful. Lot of kids and adult activities. Drinks are great unlike other all inclusive resorts that we have stayed before. Good number of restaurant options but the food is OK. It is healthy for sure but the flavor is lacking. Overall, I will visit this resort again because my kids loved it.

When I checked in at Finest Punta Cana, I was charged a $400 deposit. At checkout, I was told the deposit would be refunded within 2 days, but it’s now been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received it. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Finest customer service with no response. To make matters worse, there was no service at the pool during my stay. For a resort that markets itself as luxury, the lack of responsiveness and basic amenities is extremely disappointing. I expected much better.
