We chose an AI for simplicity and so we could not worry about too much planning. Dreams was A good choice all things considered. A little further from airport(45 min) than we expected. $70 taxi each way. Arrival at the resort took some time. Staff were all very accommodating and upbeat. Resort is huge and took some time to navigate best way to get around. Room was as advertised. Worth upgrading to preferred for the more private spaces and even better service. Preferred beach area and preferred pool were nice. It was hard to make the most of the all inclusive aspects since one in our party of three was 15. All-inclusives are not a great value for age 13-18 (or for 18 who don’t drink and who eat smaller portions). Also AI feels like a tourist factory but as all inclusives go, this one seemed best bet. My 2 daughters 15 and 23 and I had a nice time spending time together.

The resort isn’t to large so it is easy to get around the property with children. Plenty of entertainment. The food was delicious! The resort was extremely cleaned and kept up with. We would totally stay again.

From the minute we arrived we felt welcome. Every member of the team was professional and ensured you are taken care of. Any issues or questions we had were addressed in a very courteous and timely manner. The choice of restaurants and quality and variety of food did not disappoint. The pools are clean and maintained. The beach is clean and relaxing. There was all kinds of entertainment throughout the day and into the evening that appeals to a wide range of audience. They are very kid friendly to the point that kids come first. They are located right beside Breathless which you can access their pools, entertainment and restaurants. Shuttles are available to move you around the property. I cannot think of 1 negative.

Concierge Haviar was excellent. Called us everyday to make sure all was good and see if we needed anything.

None of the employees spoke any English except for front desk and management positions. They were replacing door locks during the day right outside my son’s wedding suite and it was a mess and noisy. Many employees were in training at every position. Beach and pools are beautiful but you nn have to upgrade $80. A day for access to premier pools and restaurants. Pools and wedding areas and staff were clean and very organized. Food was average at best including the FFrench restaurant.

We did not like getting shanghai'd for a high pressure sales pitch for Hyatt properties right from the start of our visit then over 2 hours the next day. We were on vacation for our 50th Anniversary not there to buy extras. Can we get our three hours back???
